This place has gone downhill big time. Used to have no problem getting our online orders but not anymore.
We arrived 15min past ready time to pick up just to see the place empty and our order hasn't even been made yet. They claimed they were out of everything and said they called me several times (never received a call). Stood there and waited 20+ minutes for them to finish our order once all the ingredients magically appeared from the back that they claimed they didn't have. Absolutely lazy employee just didn't want to work and was hoping people would just cancle their orders instead.
Will not be returning back.

Husband got there to get food. They are out of personal pan pizzas, no big deal, except for they said they can’t change it to a pizza kids sub, they are going to the other subway in town to get the pizza, except it’s now 5:10 and the guy is having to wait on a ride to go to the store to get the pizza, come back and make it. Also said they couldn’t refund it because neither employee there was a manager and didn’t have numbers to refund it. It’s ridiculous to not have someone there that can fix things like this, and to expect us to just wait on his ride then make it so the other food is cold? I am not pleased with this experience at all.

I wish they would have more personnel at times. But the food is always good!
I would love to give a big thank you tonight. I know food was low but the service was great. But I do want to say, for a manager to come in for just one week to help cover another's while they went on vacation. You truly need to be written up. I have never seen that subway get so empty. NEVER!! What a shame.

I second the sentiments of many of the other one star reviews. I could not get good service at this Subway and found it to be really bad service compared to other subways in DC and LA where I used to frequent. No surprise, it's the south!
I will be writing a complaint to customer service headquarters recommending that employees here be disciplined. The experience was that bad

This would be a good spot for a Subway. No matter what day it is, no matter what time it is, they are always out of something. It would be nice if we could order a manager that would stock up on supplies from a consumer stand point. Logistics isn’t their strong point.

The employees here consistently seem to always be in a bad mood and never very welcoming. The staff never seem to know anything regarding what they’re being paid for. Consistently out of many ingredients. Whoever runs this establishment does a very poor job.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Jasmine for being absolutely amazing every time I visit Subway. She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and patient, even during the busiest times. She really takes pride in making sure your order is just right and treats every customer with respect and kindness. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the people she’s serving. Subway is lucky to have someone like Jasmine—she definitely makes the experience better every time. Keep up the great work! 🌟

Placed an online order hours in advanced, showed up 10 minutes after time was set for pick up, and they didn't even begin making the order. Had to wait another 30 just to get the order. Definitely not somewhere to go for your lunch break...

I definitely take back my last review... Can't get what I ordered to save my life 5 times and still have missing stuff absolutely ridiculous
Food is overall pretty good. They make mistakes with delivery orders more often but that’s life.
Not sure what happened to this place but they cannot get the order correct at all and will notify you that your food is ready when it hasnt even been started. They used to be a good subway.
