Placed an online order hours in advanced, showed up 10 minutes after time was set for pick up, and they didn't even begin making the order. Had to wait another 30 just to get the order. Definitely not somewhere to go for your lunch break...

Not sure what happened to this place but they cannot get the order correct at all and will notify you that your food is ready when it hasnt even been started. They used to be a good subway.

They didn’t give us the cookies. One of the sandwiches had a hair and one of them looked like it wasn’t even properly put together. So we went back they didn’t have the cookies. They redone the subs. But money was pretty much a loss for cookies.

I ordered online around 11:20am for my lunch break at work, I set the pick up time for 12:20pm it said it was ready so I left work at 12:15 I get there and there’s a receipt laying over top of my sandwich that’s only meat and cheese I waited till 12:36 to finally get my sandwich because they were skipping over the sandwich to make the customers in line. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else

Made an order online by accident and went to call to cancel it. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! Jesus Christ you'd think after 14 calls they'd answer it but NO. Lost $11 dollars because I get a refund.

Quiet but beyond slow had 3 orders. ours was 2nd but got made last since it was mobile order. Was supposed to be done 8:25pm didn't get done until after 8:30pm we placed order at about 8:15pm watched as another group walked in after we ordered and they was serviced first.
8:00pm my order was supposed to be ready at 8:10pm I go in at 8:10 nothing on the mobile order shelf waited for a good 10 ish minutes then their store phone rings and she just picks it up and turns it off and then abt 5 minutes after that she sees and hears me so it took abt a good 20ish minutes for 2 six inch subs and a foot long cookie!

Did not make my food correctly they put onion on it and I specifically asked them not to and woman was rude on the phone with me when I was asking question and I was just very unsatisfied with this food.

I got a footlong tuna chips and drink. My bread was hard. The lettuce was old and slimey. And the tuna did not taste good at all. I think it was new tuna mixed with old tuna. I barely ate half of it . I threw the other half into the garbage at work. I normally go to the Subway that's next door to Advance auto store. But I figured I would try the other Subway since it's close to my job at La-z-boy. Omg that was a mistake. There was nothing pleasant about my visit. Also the store's flooring had crumbs in different areas of the dining area. They was out of stock on several different 16oz sodas they sell . I had to get a Dasani water. I was really shocked about my food and the whole visit. I don't know who needs to hear this.... But Subway,.. in my opinion, y'all need to have a crew not just 1-2 employees per shift. How can 1-2 employees take orders, make orders, do prep, check on dining room , check on bathrooms... Do trash... The list goes on

I was overcharged. The employee called the manager who confirmed the over charge. A meatball sub is advertised as $8.19 - they wanted to charge me $12.45. They didn’t tell me there was an up charge for mozzarella cheese - so that was Another $4.00 ($1.00 per slice) on each sub. Be careful if you go to this subway. Water all over the floor and overcharges. I went to the subway at the other end of Dayton and was told about the upcharge for mozzarella and I was charged $8.19 for each sub. So $10.00 less for the identical order!!
