The food is great don’t get me wrong. The problem is Ricky. He can handle a rush don’t get me wrong but he is terribly rude to his staff, and unprofessional. No worker should be treated this way. I believe the name of the worker being disrespected was Sarah. It’s insane. He was also talking about very extreme drugs as I overheard. The food is great but I would rather go to the other subway.

The service here was amazing there was only one employee named Ricky working and he was swamped with people and online orders but he still had a smile on his face and gave everyone very good customer service by far the best subway I have been to in Dayton will definitely come back to this subway great job Ricky keep up the good work

Did a pick up order and they did fantastic on my food I ordered a lot of subs and they were complicated they got everything right and was done when they said it would be only small complaint out of cookies but oh well first time a subway has messed something.

The doors we locked 15 minutes prior to close this is one of the few places I can eat due to dietary restrictions and the woman inside rudely mimed about being closed before the set hours
Today I had lunch at this Subway location, Katlyn served me, she was kind, friendly and quick. This low rating seems to be more of a corporate issue or an inventory problem but it is a PROBLEM. They did not have ham, turkey or meatballs, they did not have the sauce that went on the chicken option I chose and they were out of vitamin water. This is not a complaint of the person who was there doing their job!! Come on corporate, do better for this store, customers and staff!
