Normally I like this location a lot better than sweetwater. But last night, none of my food was correct and I didn't realize it until I got home. I placed a mobile order and was extremely irrated. It's so disappointing to order 2 orders of something and not even get 1 of them. I just wanted some cinnamon twist :(

I’ve been here multiple times over the years, and there’s been a problem with my orders almost every single time. The workers are a bunch of kids that couldn’t care less about their job.

I watched and heard the drive thru attendant hand my food to the car in front of me then take it back once the driver checked the order. Then the same bag was handed to me. My potato soft taco was cold. My wife's crunchwrap supreme was flat and wet. She found a hair in the MIDDLE of it. One of her tacos was so wet it was like it was dropped in water then put in the bag. My son's quesadilla was without meat. We didn't even order (or eat) the Mexican pizza that was in my bag but even it was on the BOTTOM of the bag, crushed by everything else. We even got the wrong sauces! Literally the only thing correct and good was the drinks. This is happening more and more at this location. Add that to the bad attitudes of the staff and it all equals no reason to ever return.

It was a jumping night at Dayton Taco Bell. I went in to kiosk order to get it how I liked, after paying the kiosk glitched. The staff took the time to resolve the issue and made my order right. A good effort was being made at keeping things clean inside, considering all the teens laughing and having fun, staff had to be cleaning every 15 mins

Listen, THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST TACO BELL ON THE PLANET!!!!!! They were so kind and caring, I was having problems ordering my food on the app, and they even called me afterwards to make sure my second order was exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. They even put a note in my bag, absolutely stunning crew, great help, amazing customer service. I would trade this location out with my home location any day of the week, HANDS DOWN. The manager on shift today 08-28-2024 at 12:30pm needs a raise, or a medal, or a trophy or something. I would love to hire employees like this for my own businesses. I’m telling you, you can not go wrong!!!

Someone needs to do something with this store I ordered 2 chalupas no sour cream or tomatoes add nacho chz ....wait probably 10 mins now only me and three yng ladies were there I walked in rite before them I made my order at the kiosk while they waited for a employee to take theirs. I stood I watched them have their orders took standing standing ok here comes an order nope not mine it's their's all 20items I wait a few more mins here are my two items. Forgot to mention their dor my wife a 30min drive away so get home their not made right my wife calls and a girl answers and my wife proceeded to tell her what was wrong she doesn't respond my wife asks did u hear me she responded with no I wasn't listening.....like really we gotta do better.

My orders are ALWAYS shorted items. The last time I went I was missing two items totaling almost $12 after tax. It happens every time I go here, so I won't be going anymore. The Rockwood location is excellent, idk what the problem is at the Dayton location, but I won't be returning.

If you go here make sure you verify all of the items you ordered are in the bag before you leave, because chances are they didn't put it all in the bag.

this taco bell ALWAYS gets my order wrong or shorts me a taco and i wouldn’t be so mad but when i pay $5 for one taco i expect to get the taco that’s why this upsets me bc it’s always like this .. idk if they are just careless or what but it seems like it….

The girl at the window I think her name was Brooke she was very rude for no reason and I don’t know what her problem was she was also very rude over the headset. And she also got my whole order wrong.

Brooke was very rude both times that I have came through and and she is at the window everytime I come to this location and she honestly needs to be fired and forgot my sour cream and also forgot my drinks just about everytime I come by .
