it is crazy that you get charged 5 dollars for a freeze and it’s only 3/4 of the way full. This is not the first time this has happened but now the third time in a row of my experience and i’m not one to normally bring stuff like this up but if yall read the reviews please give people a large when paid for it…not a small in a large cup. Waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes. No cars ahead of us. I pull up to the window and am told they are understaffed and trying to clear out the dining area. And that's why they are not taking drive thru orders. The girl was very apologetic. However that's not how it works. Orders should have been taken at drive thru. I saw at least 5 employees. I now have to drive back around get back in line because they would not take my order or the person behind me's order either who pulled up like myself wondering why no one is taking orders. I ordered both meals supreme, they were not supreme. Burrito was cold. Two meals for $25.00 with bad service. Lots of people, good people looking for jobs. Hire more help if you have staffing issues. I have been in the restaurant business 40 yrs this was completely bad business experience. It's my opinion that this failure is the fault of the general manager.

Staff are hateful. You will wait forever to receive the wrong food. And they don't tell you that if you order on the screen inside and pay cash, you have to pay before they even start your order which you can't even do because nobody is at the register.

My order came to 8.00 and I was denied service due to only having 100.00 bill to my name. Due to them not having enough money I was denied as they laugh and thought it was funny. We will never stop here again.
Would not recommend the service. I haven't personally eaten here but I do doordash and the lobby was closed for a party so I tried to call the number and let them know we're outside and so I said who I was doordashing for and asked if they could bring the food out to me so I can be on my way to my customer and they hung up without even talking to me

The food was really good and the service was quick. We went there for a late night snack and honestly expected the food to be “old & cold” but we were pleasantly surprised.
