If you have never eaten here then you need to!! I stopped in for a quick bite to eat and let me just say this, their fried wontons are absolutely amazing! I have not had fried wontons that good in several years! My parents used to take me and my brothers to this place in Chattanooga for their wontons and egg rolls, and their fried wontons were great, and when they closed down we could never find a place that sold fried wontons that were this good, until now. I also tried their zucchini, bean sprout, and chicken plate and it was a tad bit spicy but it was really good! If you want to experience some great Vietnamese food then stop in here and try it out, you won’t be disappointed by no means. And try their fried wontons while you’re there. They also have trivia night!

Love the bistro. Very freindly service and wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend the calamari. It's fried tender and crispy, never tough and chewy. Although, everything I've had is amazing. Love that they order local and fresh ingredients where possible and make their own soy sauce.

Wonderful, vegan pescatarian, vegetarian and normal cuisines. The chef is very knowledgeable and personable great atmosphere, and the drinks were to die for the best seafood rice noodle soup I’ve ever had if you can make calamari fall apart in your mouth, you know how to cook an affinity for Asian food to eat here and if you haven’t had Vietnamese before, I suggest you go here first.

Their food is amazing! I'm from California and Pho restaurants are all over and good ones can be hard to find!! The one place in California that was my favorite, this Bistro has the same Pho, down to the flavor of their broth!! So impressive!!! Chicken egg rolls we're so delicious!! Their ginger sauce was definitely one of a kind!!! Big high five for this Bistro!!! AMAZING FOOD

Server Jamie was excellent!! Made sure I knew which options were available vegan and gluten free!!! Food was fantastic I went with a level 1 on the spice and it was just enough for the right flavor without too much heat!!!
Spring rolls and autumn soup were fantastic. Jamie was a delightful and helpful server. Draft beer too!
