Went through drive and was told to hang on a second, when we did start ordering by the third combo we started getting attitude from the lady taking our order, attitude continued for the rest of the order we got to the window and no change in attitudes from employees. We received drinks and was missing a drink, we got food and while we were checking to make sure we had 7 burger and all fries and nuggets employee opened window and said with a lot of attitude everything in there, we were missing a six piece nugget. Told them and younger employee got nuggets and practically threw them at us and yelled have a great day with a lot of hatred towards us. Management need to do a lot of work with the employees to make sure they know customers should be treated nice and with respect, and if the mangers won't fix it then this Wendy's needs a whole new crew

False advertising...

Shows frosty flowing over top like a conešŸ¦, yet they refuse to attempt doing so due to it being a "milk shake" not ice cream. Really?

And And they wouldn't serve a frosty thru the window without a lid... Forced to "dine in" for a "full" cup yet they filled it to where a lid could have been used?? Mine was thick enough to have been done as advertisedšŸ‘Ž

I wonder if they're afraid of loosing profits? Sold at a price of a half gallon of chocolate ice cream in a store... more wasn't an unrealistic request!!!

However, it was thick and delicious, service was prompt, interior was clean... So they only get 3 stars from not giving the request a try.

I know Dairy Queen will yet toooo expensive!

Should this review be taken seriously... Buy a frosty and ponder!

The drive thru was a mess. The customer service here is awful. Pulled up to the drive thru, the woman taking our order was very rude, rushing us. Then we went to pay and they didn’t even tell us our total, and basically threw the back at us and said good night and slammed the window shut. On top of that they didn’t even get our order right and forgot our some of our food.

Pleasantly surprised by our experience here. Stopped by with 2 school sports teams after 9p on a week day and the service was friendly, quick, and the food was good. Given how poorly most fast food establishments operate these days, this was a nice change.

Would give minus 10 couldnt get in the lobby door locked. When i drove to drive thru the manager and 4 gals were at drive thru laughing and fooling around. I asked why the door was locked and she said lobby was open by a further door because that door is jammed. and why was i so hateful she asked. I said im not hateful we are hungry an why no signage because other ppl are waiting in parking lot. She said lobby is open by the door in front of her and we can walk around to that door. (We are disabled and there should ve been signs so we know where to park), (and isnt that a fire hazard???) It turned into her being hateful and could care less. We drove to the other side where a man an woman were waiting for the "jammed"door to be opened and witnessed a woman unlocking the door to let ppl in. We will never be back.
