Drive thru. My daughter in law went thru and 3 biggie bags, one with chicken, one with a double stack with mayo, and one double stack with bacon, add mayo. Fries were old, nuggets and chicken patties was so hard, they could have knocked somebody out. I called, spoke with the manager. She knew exactly what we'd gotten, I didnt have to tell her.. she took my name and said the next time iwr came n, let management know, and they would replace the order. Now, if you were told that the order would be place, it means the entire order. Nope. Went thru drive thru and was told to drive up to the window. Manager wanted to argue with me about what she said on the phone. I finally just took what we could get and ordered another meal with a frosty. No frosty given had to go back. Didnt get my replacement drink. And there was so much mayo on the sandwich and burger that a big glob landed on my shirt. The chicken had cheese on it. Gross. Manager was very rude. Made it sound as if hard chicken was my fault. Never going back

We’ve eaten in the dining room a few times and it hasn’t been busy and the tables were not clean. Everything else was tidy and as expected. I go through the drive-through many times for lunch and the food is fresh and I get on the road quickly.

Normally I love Wendy's but lately the customer service and food are matching equally in a downward spiral. The last time I went the food was thrown into the bag and EVERY fry was overturned and dumped in the bag. That's not an exaggeration. 5 orders dumped in the bag.

If you want a good meal, and its 2nd/3rd shift at Wendys.. just starve. It's not worth the headache you'll have afterwards from dealing with that montley crew. Drive thru employees are mostly always unfriendly, if not flat out RUDE-rolling the eyes like a child & everything! Haha, apparently its ridiculous to them if you want edible fresh food, that you ordered and paid for. Oh yeah-the boo books are a no no, they'll get extra pissed off if you use the free frosty coupons for some reason.

I used to love Wendy's in Dayton TN. I got an order today and it was awful. Their fries used to be the best! Now they are only good for the garbage. You would think as much as you pay for the food it would be amazing. Honestly don't stop here just go somewhere else. The burger i ordered was so dry and literally had no taste.

Nothing I ordered was right. Asked for a burger with just cheese and ketchup and got a burger with onions tomatoes and mayo. I also ordered chilli cheese fries and got cold old fries with no chili and cheese.

Ordered Doordash and got a burger that was still uncooked inside. Some may like med-rare, but I don't, especially when it comes from a fast food place. Asked for ketchup and mayo, got none. No straw, no napkins. It's not rocket science, read the screen and put stuff in the bag. But apparently, that's quite complicated for some.🙄 I'm about done with all fast food at this point.
