Terribly rude at the drive-thru. When I called to talk to the manager, Kayla, she was just as rude. Soddy Daisy location is much better and worth the extra drive.

Nothing I ordered was right. Asked for a burger with just cheese and ketchup and got a burger with onions tomatoes and mayo. I also ordered chilli cheese fries and got cold old fries with no chili and cheese.

Problems, girl behind the counter had no clue. Training issues i guess. Booth seat backs were moulding. Good point food was very good. Restroom was clean and functioning.

Ordered Doordash and got a burger that was still uncooked inside. Some may like med-rare, but I don't, especially when it comes from a fast food place. Asked for ketchup and mayo, got none. No straw, no napkins. It's not rocket science, read the screen and put stuff in the bag. But apparently, that's quite complicated for some.🙄 I'm about done with all fast food at this point.

This was the fastest Wendy’s drive-through I’ve ever experienced. I ordered, immediately pulled to next window and my drinks were ready. Food ready 30 seconds after that. Not sure what that says about freshness but I appreciated the fast fast food! Cashier was very kind and smiley.

The two blonde headed girls that were working was on their phone and making smart remarks. Fries were cold when we took them back they said smart comments between each other. Chicken nuggets cold. Coke was low on taste. I will not be going back for a while. Workers was careless
Got a panco fish sandwich today. Waited extra for them to fry it. Got back to the office and it was overfired and nasty.

Just went through didn’t hear a smile at the drive-through window then heard the entire conversation between cashier and another employee about how much money was in her cash register and the food I got was way below par code crusty unacceptable Wendy’s do better
