Great salad and chicken tenders, great service, Leah Dove, assistant manager was working the register and she was so nice and professional!
Smell bad not of food, sower smell.
Ordered a Chicken Philly in the drive thru and got a burnt bun and burnt chicken. Apparently whoever cooked this thought that was perfectly acceptable.
Everything was really good and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the restaurant is freezing!
We had a big order and everything was fresh and right.
The lady working the register was kind and welcoming in contrast to everyone else working there.
My salad, however, was the worst zaxbys salad that I've ever been served. Big chunks of yellow lettuce and clumps of cheese where shredded cheese usually is, and there was about half as much as normal with less than half of as much chicken as you'd get at a normal zaxbys and it was tough with a bad taste.
$15 for a salad and a small drink, and this is what you get? What a scam!
Would be nice if the soda machine at the Dayton location worked regularly
We came and ordered 13 meals to go and had them done in less than 10 minutes. Workers were very respectful and gave us no attitude when we told them we had such a big order. Very polite and great service!!
I walked in and was greeted by a young lady by the name of Caitlin. She was friendly and acted like she cared about me as a customer. She smiled and spoke with confidence and was very helpful. I asked her about the new Philly sandwich and she explained them to me and said she liked the grilled chicken Philly. I ordered what she suggested and I have to say it was the best sandwich I have had in years. Thank you Caitlin for your help and for treating me like I was a guest and making me feel like you cared. It’s so nice to see this these days. Keep up the good work young lady. You are going somewhere in life.
Ran by children who failed to put chicken on a CHICKEN SALAD IN A CHICKEN RESTURANT.

Placed a curbside order and sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes at a slow store waiting on our food when it comes out it’s cold when asking the manager to replace our food she took our order back into the store which she is not supposed to do and then when she finally brings out of fresh food she claims it take 15 minutes for them to get an online order. Never will I go to this location again she was very rude and unprofessional.
Went for lunch today, great service in drive thru. Grilled chicken patties were fresh, but the cheddar bites were old and burnt.
Horrible customer service. Placed a Dine-in order and was asked for a name for the order. After 10 minutes of waiting I go up to check on our food and there it was on the counter in a to go bag. No name called out. And it was only half the order. My cheese bites were missing, I asked about them. I was told they were dropping fresh ones then. And would bring them to the table. After another 13 minutes no cheese bites. Go up and check on them they had gave them to someone else and had to drop new ones. By the time I got them my husband was completely done eating. And the only thing I was going to eat was the cheese bites. And his Zalad was horrible it was wilted and they put stuff on it he had ask not to be on it. He eat it anyway. The dinning room and ladies room were both dirty. The young lady that took our order was rude. I've already done the myfeedback survey. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location.
Absolutely, worst place to go for service.
I was picking up an order to go, as soon as I walked in, I walked straight over to the pick up order shelf & looked for the order I needed.
The girl behind the counter watched me as I came in, looked on the shelf & when I came to the counter, another employee asked me if I was looking for a to go order. I said yes & before the other employee got a chance to open up her mouth to ask me what the name was on the order, the other employee that watched me do everything told me everything was on the shelf.
Obviously, it wasn’t because I would have not came to the counter to ask where it was. That just proves that common sense is not a flower grown in everybody’s garden, clearly it’s not in hers.
Now I know why they’re hurting for help & management… they hire morons. 🤦♀️
