The food was great, but when I and my wife and father-in-law went to eat there, they were out of napkins. Even the men's bathroom had no paper towels, and most of the workers there were walking around like they had no idea how to do anything. I had to tell one of the workers that the bathroom had no paper towels. Plus, most of the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped off, and my wife and I had to wipe off which table we wanted to sit at.

I dont usually write reviews but here we go. I thought third times a charm, but no. Got 2 kickin chicken sandwich meals, not even a quarter sized amount of tongue torch sauce or ranch on either sandwich, no zax sauce for the fries. The wings we got were tough, hardly any sauce and barely coated. Some not coated. Don't waste your money on the Dayton location, cause the quality of food is trash.

We went to drive thru . I would say the service was terrible except, terrible would be an improvement since the guy said he be with us in a minute but never came back. If that's acceptable practice at this place I would suggest that there are several other establishments close by that actually deserve the business.

The service has gone downhill in the last 5 months. When I first moved here 9 months ago, this Zaxby's was really good. I went here a month ago and went through the drive thru. My order was missing my cheddar bites. I thought it was a fluke, but I didn't get the sauces I normally do and the chicken wasn't very good. I went inside today, and I will not be going back until quality controls are put into place. I ordered the wings and things meal. There was no ice for my drink, there wasn't enough sauce to cover my wings, and I didn't get any zaxbys sauce. When my order came up, I didn't even hear my name be called. I had to check that the order was mine. It felt like the workers were doing the minimum possible to get a paycheck.
Ordered 3 Big Zax Snack Meals and received chicken that was honestly not even worthy as being labeled “tenders”. For quite some time now, this particular Zaxby’s has not hit the nail on the head with the quality of the food that they serve. They need some new oversight/management.Trash was overflowing and tables were dirty. It was close to closing time and no one was closing down the dining room, so I know when opening shift comes in they aren’t cleaning up whatever closing shift left behind. Sticky floors and tables.
