La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

Usually good food for the most part, but never get my food right, literally never

Bought 20 wings and 10 wings and a lahacienda salad.. Me over $70! The 2 orders of wings $26. And $16 both had a spit of sauce and neither can with celery or ranch it blue cheese. My wife did enjoy her salad. OVER PRICED AND LOW QUALITY. YOU GOT ME ONCE! I WON'T BE BACK

Food had Grease so bad couldn't eat it! Waitress no help paid for dinner didn't even take but 1 bite! Never going back

Menu is great. Mexican, Italian and American food. This place is decorated extremely well which adds to atmosphere.

I went to eat here with my mother and my son. We ordered the sampler platter appetizer and the jalapeño poppers were so overcooked. They were not edible. When we brought this to our servers attention to see if we can get it fixed or compensated nothing happened. And then when we brought it to the hostess attention, all she did was apologize and tell us she just works there. And then she told us that there were no managers or supervisors and all they had was an owner and that he shows up whenever he wants. What restaurant does not have anyone in charge during shifts. Who is supposed to handle situations like this.

We ordered the sampler appetizer and the jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks were so over cooked that there was no cheese left in it. We brought it to our waitresses attention as well as the hostess that checked us out. They never offered any type of compensation or even take the appetizer off of our ticket. The hostess that checked us out was very rude and said I’m sorry I just work here.

We were in town for a wedding and starving. Well there is almost nothing here at all. We found this place and said it has to work we have nothing else. Waitress was a little confused about drink options anyway. We ordered a couple beers. Complementary chips and salsa that come in a carafe with individual dipping cups. Solid play! It was yummy. I have the fajita snack I was expecting soft tortillas. But was more like nachos with. Chicken, quac. Sour cream. Was very good. My husband got 3 pork soft tacos that he enjoyed. 2 very hungry travelers were pleasantly surprised.

I liked when you walk in and it says seat your self and theres plenty seats you dont have to beg server to pic your spot for you,when you come to check out there counter table has money from all over the worlds to me that was very impressive,there food was fresh hot and tasty ,one thing made me give 4 starts instead of 5 is there bathroom was pretty nasty like somebody had a bad day there and no bodg cleaned it for weeks
