The staff, including dedicated individuals like Jenna, work hard to keep the lobby clean and presentable. Recently, some customers have experienced rushy and rude behavior from employees during drive-through orders, especially when placing larger family orders. However, there are also many positive experiences, such as a young employee named Aaron, who was very nice, patient, and sweet, providing the best experience some customers have ever had. Another employee, Jj, was recognized for stopping off the clock to help customers, even when others didn't acknowledge them. Despite occasional wait times, often due to only one person working in the kitchen, the overall experience remains positive. Customers also appreciate that they can get something for their dogs as well.
