I went here to get some sandwiches for my family the lady was really rude and in a hurry and I noticed Flys on the food and they won't take the coupon that's in date I will not be back

This particular location is higher than Subways in a state where cost of living is much higher than it is in TN.
I understand that Franchises set their own prices and have the option to participate in Subway promotions. Subways across other states offer these promotions to grow their sales! A wrap is $13.99 The same wrap in another state $10.99 A location within 15 miles $12.09 We try to support local businesses however we also want value!

Went in with coupons that were sent out two days ago and now the owner of the store made a policy refusing most coupons and raising the price of what the coupon deal was before they bumped it up. Actually ridiculous.

They flood our mailboxes with coupons, only to brazenly refuse them at the Decatur location—a glaring and deliberate exception among other locations that honor the same offers. This isn’t a mistake; it’s a deliberate calculated scheme to take advantage of a small town folk with limited options.
We’ve redeemed these coupons through the app before without issue, and the app itself confirms that all Athens locations accept them. But Decatur? Apparently, they operate by their own exploitative rules. In a community this size, this kind of behavior isn’t just predatory—it’s shameless corporate greed in action.
If you’re going to send out “deals,” at least have the integrity to honor them. Wasting your customers’ time and money on empty promises is downright embarrassing. This location deserves to be held accountable for its disgraceful practices. Do better, learn what integrity is and get some. Stop mailing me promotions you won’t honor.

Sucks. Guy had made the meal already but wouldn't accept the picture of the coupon. Had the code for it on it, tried it online but it wouldn't work. He mentioned that happened to several people already, but wouldn't honor the coupon because it had to be a physical one. If it works online why need it physically after the meal was made? Never liked subway anyways. Wasted the workers time and mine. Make your coupons work, and train your employees on how to work them.
