This Subway location has made bait-and-switch its signature move. They flood our mailboxes with coupons, only to brazenly refuse them at the Decatur location—a glaring and deliberate exception among other locations that honor the same offers. This isn’t a mistake; it’s a deliberate calculated scheme to take advantage of a small town folk with limited options.

We’ve redeemed these coupons through the app before without issue, and the app itself confirms that all Athens locations accept them. But Decatur? Apparently, they operate by their own exploitative rules. In a community this size, this kind of behavior isn’t just predatory—it’s shameless corporate greed in action.

If you’re going to send out “deals,” at least have the integrity to honor them. Wasting your customers’ time and money on empty promises is downright embarrassing. This location deserves to be held accountable for its disgraceful practices. Do better, learn what integrity is and get some. Stop mailing me promotions you won’t honor.

The food and the service is fine but apparently they no longer accept the promo codes at this location. New franchise owners maybe? I'm not sure but $45+ for three foot longs is a bit ridiculous.

Sucks. Guy had made the meal already but wouldn't accept the picture of the coupon. Had the code for it on it, tried it online but it wouldn't work. He mentioned that happened to several people already, but wouldn't honor the coupon because it had to be a physical one. If it works online why need it physically after the meal was made? Never liked subway anyways. Wasted the workers time and mine. Make your coupons work, and train your employees on how to work them.

It says they are open until 9pm but they close constantly at 8pm. My lunch break doesn't start until 8 and after craving a subway sandwich for 4 hours straight before lunch to get told we are closed is infuriating.

We saw a bug (roach) on the bar as they were making someone's sandwich. The man was polite and never said anything. But I know the worker saw it too.

See when I spend over $20 on 2 sandwiches I expect them to actually be right.. not this place they closed the lobby like 2hrs early had to go thru the drive thru and order then I get home and not one but both of my sandwiches are messed up.. how hard is it for cheese meat onions and lettuce.. would definitely not recommend this place at all..
