Food is great, staff is amazing and the new owners are wonderful they are making great changes.
Karaoke night is a must do.
The store downstairs is great to browse in.
They also have yummy frozen drinks.
Make sure to go check it out.

A dont recommended by far.. We were a party of 7 with a service animal, as we entered to go to the patio to accommodate the need of our service dog a lady came in the door and kinda cleared her throat for the attention of the owner to be gotten because of our service dog being with us, the owner then was a B****h about our service animal being with us, down to asking question on our service animal that she was in no rite to do, so me and my service dog left while the rest was gonna eat and purchase $ 50 in towels from downs stairs to be told by the husband he didn't need to make that sale and refused the purchase so I turned we all left... never will we be back there..
ever promise that.... but I can say we was welcome up stream with open arms service animal and all....

We love Bear, Pam, and the staff at the mermaid!! They all work so hard! If you like adult frozen drinks that’s the place to go. The Miami Vice is my favorite. They also have the best t-shirts ever!!
