They really need to hire some more people.The wait is always long for your food.There's only two people ever working there.Three if the guy shows up

worst burger I've ever had !!! ask for no ketchup no mustard add mayo and tomato. burger was LOADED with ketchup and mustard. very little mayo and a paper thin piece of tomato that cost me 49 cents extra. lettuce was added.. I never ask for with another 29 cent extra charge !!!! I took this burger home..not going to waste my gas going back!!!!

Got a pumpkin pie blizzard. It was halfway melted. I told them that it was, and they said it was just the extra pumpkin “stuff” I had ordered. I said I have never had pumpkin this soft before. They were not helpful AT ALL. Didn’t offer to make a new one or anything. I’ve been getting pumpkin pie blizzards for years from DQ. Never got one so melted…or any blizzard for that matter in my life. I had to put it in my freezer for about 1 hour to get it to the right consistency. The Oreo blizzard I had ordered with extra “stuff” had no extra stuff! The person who I gave it too had to get more Oreos. I’d asked him if there was any extra chucks in it. He goes no, this isn’t the place where they do that. And I said yes they do, it’s DQ. He had to go get extra Oreos. Paid $14 for this ice cream. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered bbq chicken 6 pc combo I didn’t get bbq on my chicken??? And women don’t know what take order and I just go sonic for now until everything fixed

Wish people would listen to what I ask for. If I don't want tomatoes on my burger then why are they put on. The food was good the customers service was bad of not listening to what I wanted.
