We called in a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. The pizza and the breadsticks were hard as a rock. We called and they said they’d give us a refund, and even after calling multiple times, we have not received anything back. Not a good experience. Will not eat here again.

I went in around 6:25 September 29th. My total order was around $30. I accidentally hit cancel. My fault!!! I ran my card again. After I got home it charged my bank account twice. I want my cheese!!! And not the kind you put on your pizza!!!
The past few times we've been here, the wait has been absolutely ridiculous. I normally order on the app and it's still never ready when we get to the store at our designated time. I tried to get hot and ready through the drive through today without ordering ahead since it was 5:15pm on a Sunday (should have hot and ready pizza, right?). I sat in the parking lot waiting for 15 minutes and finally gave up and got a refund. Went across the street to Sonic and had my food in 5 minutes. The food here is nowhere near good enough to justify the ridiculous wait. I can get much better pizza from the Papa John's across the road if I want to wait on pizza. We won't be back.

The food is good at this location. However, if you place an order online through the app, drive up to the window and they say it's not ready, they tell you to park and they'll bring it out when it's ready. Well, that shouldn't be a problem right? It is. They will forget about you every time! I sat in my car and watched as other people placed orders and received them and walked out as I waited for my 1 pizza and 1 cheese bread order that I placed on the app and PAID FOR 45 minutes prior. The point of me ordering from the app at my house is so that I don't have to wait when I get there. I will be going to the Tullahoma location from now on.
