The wings were absolutely inedible, the pizza so so and very, very late. I don't recommend this food at all.

Ordered online for pick-up at this location. It was an easy drive, and we came at the time it was estimated to be ready. We came by the drive-thru, but ended up waiting over 5 minutes for the employee to speak to us, despite that we were the only one at the drive-thru. That employee appeared to be handling another customer at the lobby. Understaffing issues maybe?When the cashier finally got to us, she gave us our pizza no problems and we returned home. The pizza came exactly as ordered, with the right toppings and dipping sauces included. I see a lot of negative reviews towards delivery of Papa John's so that's why we opted for pick-up instead. No problems there besides the waiting. This Papa John's located at an easy spot where an outlet is, with ample parking and drive-thru. I would recommend trying out this pizza joint.
Made an order, sauces were missing and wrong. Garlic parmesan breadsticks we're not done correctly. Called to get correct sauces delivered, they never came. Called back and was out on hold for 7+ minutes till I gave up.

First time getting bread sticks from here had high hopes but got very disappointed ? I understand they were under staffed this day but the breadsticks was undercooked, I mean just straight dough in the middle of the fat ones

They are some childish workers here. The food is ok, but they also just stopped delivering to my house like a week or so apparently, what do y'all get paid for?? Lazy asses need to do something!

So had a game day party and they had some issues but the team here was Amazing and corrected everything and the young lady and manager and driver were very kind and apologetic. Couldn't have a better staff. Or better team. Food was fresh and hot and Thank you to them all for making my gathering awesome.

I picked up my order around noon on 1/24/22, got home around 12:30ish ate. About 4 hours started having diarrhea/nausea. Got food poisoning it was the only thing I ate all day.
Ordered pizza and chees sticks and my husband and I have been sick since eating it. Will never order food from them again

Ordered a 6 cheese pizza and received a normal cheese pizza, also was missing both dipping sauce for my other sides then called the manager and it was some prissy girl telling me that this is the 6 cheeses when there's clearly nothing but a regular cheese pizza.. Said I was lieing... Be aware this isn't the first time but will be the last time. Save yourself the trouble! And someone fire this girl that's the manager!! I know it's hard to keep employees but papa John's can't be this desperate!

I placed an order when the app said the store was open as well as online. We were contacted reguarding our order being canceled due to it being placed after 9:30. Nothing about this is noted in the app or online. I told him my card says it posted before that. "I don't know what to tell you." Was the response I got in the most disrespectful tone.
