Came at 12:30 was met at front door and told they were closed. Didn't know why but says they close at 1:30. So disappointing when you drive thrity minutes to come eat
The booth by the door on the right side in the back is the perfect view of the kitchen. I saw the cooks using bare hands to plate food (specifically biscuits, bacon, and home fries- thrown on the plate on top of the area where the waitress picked up the plates). I also saw one cook adjusting his ball cap several times. When asked if gloves were mandatory in the kitchen, the waitress said they were optional so it is common to see them use their hands to prepare and plate food. Following this the food was prepared on the counter out of my view. Received my food with several looks from the cooks and did not feel comfortable eating it. Will not be back.

What a place to have breakfast! They have some of the best pancakes I've ever eaten. They do breakfast right here. All the food was amazing. If you want a good good breakfast this is the place to eat. I highly recommend eating here. Penny was our server and she was awesome.
Disappointment and frustration with the service, to say the least. Started calling prior to 1230 pm several times on multiple phones with no one answering when hours say open til 130 pm on Saturday to order takeout. After many numerous phone calls going to a vmail msg machine we got in touch with someone who told us the kitchen closes at 1230 pm and to have a blessed day. Therefore we got no sunrise food that we were looking forward to getting. Your hours really need to explain to customers that you stop orders an hour prior to the closure that is listed. Do you stop taking customers at tables at 1230 pm also when your hours show 130 closure.

This place is always busy which tells you a lot. So, with that in mind, the service is still very good. Although the Kitchen Sink omelet that I ordered was very good, their pancakes are SO VERY GOOD, I think that I will stick with them in the future. Highly recommended breakfast place.
