This is the sorriest restaurant I've ever been too. Dined in a couple times and the last time after waiting 20mins for someone to take my order I walked out. They didn't greet anyone who walked in and was very rude and only worried about drive through. It took eating here 3 times with the same treatment to do this review and im very disappointed in the service. Yes im aware they have a way to order on a kiosk, as a service worker myself if an elderly person comes in that is horrible treatment. I'll never eat here again and I'll let everyone I know how bad it is. I love taco bell food so this breaks my heart.

We went Thur the drive thur. Was in an out quickly I was surprised! Maybe 10 minutes. But we did get home with no sauces that we had asked for.

My husband ordered dinner through the Taco Bell app. He ordered a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla box for me. My taco was missing and found out that they left the chipotle sauce on the quesadilla (he had put none when customize) and found out when I bit into the quesadilla. It’s really ridiculous that I now have to find an alternative for dinner. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

So apparently not only did i wait ten minutes for COLD FOOD there was lettuce in the cheese roll ups and my kid only wanted cheese (is that not whats only supposed to go on it??) Also the two pack crunch things only come with three pieces of steak and only one has pico?? What kind of place are yall running here?? And its EVERYTIME WITH THE CHEESE ROLL UPS!

Wrong orders, very inconsistent and small portions. After multiple times being there, and never really getting them to make anything consistent of what I've seen at all other Taco Bell's I've been to, I finally got an accurate and decent portioned order a few months ago. Upon receiving it, I actually tipped the associate $20, as I told him that the first person to get my order right was going to get a nice tip. Good luck to anyone hoping for franchise consistency.. today though, my three burritos were so anemic that I could only toss them in the garbage

Restaurant was clean and had my food out pretty quickly. It was one of the best burritos I've had in a while, so the slightly longer wait than usual was worth it.

Food is almost never right and the portions are never right. Order a $6 burrito and it's the same size as the $2 burrito . Ask for update and you shall receive same problem every time
