Taco Bell in Winchester is the worse place to get food from. Not only it’s the worse place the food also have hairs in them and the manager try to refuse to give me a refund. Taco Bell deserves a zero start rating unprofessional, not clean, they don’t wear a hairnet and doesn’t cook the food right. It’s a damn shame when you spend over $20 for food and it’s not only good it also has hairs in them. Their lack of professionalism is unprofessional and I will be contacting the headquarters to address this issues. This isn’t the first time I had problems with Taco Bell at the exact same location. I will never be back. And i suggest everyone to check their food before they leave the restaurant.

Food service is very poor they do not care what they give you or the condition the food is in just slap it in a bag and hands it to you not even made right
I only go here for my wife. The food could be better, but it's not. They used to do much better 10 years ago. I have to check my bag every time I go through the drive through incase they forget something. 90% of the time they do. If you want good Mexican food, I would strongly recommend Los Taquera. They are family owned, and they take pride in cooking their food to the fullest. Their salsa is hand-made as well. Not watered down like most places have it.

Ordered a crunchwrap with no tomato- ended up getting tomato on it. I called the store to let them know what happened and i was given a replacement crunchwrap. 10/10 customer service thank you.

Went through the drive through and ordered my food went up to the window and got my drink and reminded her that it was supposed to be light ice and she rolled her eyes and then gave me my drink half way full and all I was greeted with was all attitude
