Food is almost never right and the portions are never right. Order a $6 burrito and it's the same size as the $2 burrito . Ask for update and you shall receive same problem every time

The cashier didn't get my order right again this is why I won't be back at this one..And I loved the big ole spoon full of COLD refried beans and my taco was supposed to be a supreme,but nope..

My order was delayed 20 mins and quality didn't make up for it. Gaucamole was drowned in oil. Food was cold upon arrival. Crunchy taco was soggy and lettuce was old.
The manager was rude and to busy on her phone got my order wrong 3 time and the store was dirty

I generally don't like to post about fast food because it's, ya know, fast food. There are good Taco Bells and bad Taco Bells and this one was really bad. Tacos had next to nothing in them and the crunchy shell was no longer crunchy. The tortillas were stale and my 5 later burrito tasted like it was almost entirely cheese with a hint of beef.
None of my kids wanted to finish their food which should say a lot because kids eat anything.
It was rough. Do better, Taco Bell.

We waited in line for 30 minutes for a mobile order that was placed at least 10 minutes before we got there and then we still had to wait when we got to the window. But the main offense was the gum wrapper that was wrapped up with my husband’s taco. Disgusting. Tried to let them know but they wouldn’t answer my calls

Ordered at 1:15 am, waited until 2am, only then was it “being prepared” at which point, I couldn’t cancel the order, and it wasn’t cancelled anyway at 2:20. This should not have happened.
