Ordered a crunchwrap with no tomato- ended up getting tomato on it. I called the store to let them know what happened and i was given a replacement crunchwrap. 10/10 customer service thank you.

Went through the drive through and ordered my food went up to the window and got my drink and reminded her that it was supposed to be light ice and she rolled her eyes and then gave me my drink half way full and all I was greeted with was all attitude

This Taco Bell has been hit or miss for a long time, usually a miss, but the ladt few visits have been so much better. Our very last visit, Taco Tommy was the bomb! His personality made the experience extremely enjoyable and our food was great also. Taco Tommy deserves a raise. It's great feeling appreciated after spending your hard earned money somewhere. Thank you Taco Tommy, you made our day, for sure!!
The employees here are rude beyond belief. Zero customer service skills. Not even a slight friendly attitude. I get they dislike their job. But they can't take that out on the customers.

The wait to be waited on was unexpected, but understaffing does that. Breakfast was delicious. Grande scrambler hold the potato is amazing when it is fresh. Another good visit, the kiosk had no wait and the order was correct and fresh.

11: 30 on 11/1/2023.Service was fast. Food was cold, like it was made an hour ago. As much as you have to pay for this crap is should be hot. I would wait for 10 minutes to get hot food. Should have took it back. Was not worth eating. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself!!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I put in a mobile order for pick up and they had the dining room closed so I had to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes and wait. When I got home with my food, the cheesy fiesta potatoes were missing, which no one at the restaurant mentioned, and all my other food was poorly done and everything was COLD so I figure it had been sitting and waiting. I enjoy Taco Bell but not this one. Never again dude.
