Came in Christmas evening for a to go order and every employee was super nice and courteous, the restaurant was spotless clean, and food was ready early and tasted great. Thanks guys!

I give 5 stars for my most recent visit due to Carson, the cook. We had waited a while for our drinks and he actually came over and fixed them for us and was very friendly and made us laugh. He has a great personality and you can tell he enjoys talking with the patrons.

I had a good experience with the food overall, which was about the only good thing about my experience today. I noticed less than savoury behaviour from one particular lady today that just generally made me extremely uncomfortable to witness. The name I saw on the name tag was Tinker Bell but I heard a different name being called, something like Camelle? She was so rude to staff, belittling them and just overall bringing the staff down as well as the atmosphere. It actually made it quite awkward to be there, as I felt quite sorry for the people who had to deal with it because it didn't seem pleasant whatsoever.
There were also a handful of times where she would pass by me and be close enough where I could smell her and it was one of the more gross smells, as rude as that might seem. This lady smells quite disgusting, and her behaviour seems to match as not only was she just verbally combative and just rude, but once or twice I saw her get up in this one person's face, which I can't imagine would be necessary in any regard, as well as holding the belief that it probably doesn't create an enjoyable work environment.
This was my first time visiting a Waffle House in America, as its my first time in America overall and I wanted to visit American establishments to see what made them so interesting and enjoyable. Safe to say my first time visiting a Waffle House was not enjoyable and was plainly very awkward and unpleasant. I had a friend come with me that I wanted to bring along at a later date but now I don't think I'll bring them along to any Waffle House whatsoever going forward in my travels. It makes me quite sad that this is my first and probably only experience in a Waffle House due to what I've seen today, and I definitely and whole heartedly believe this Tinker Bell / Camelle person should be fired or at least heavily reprimanded because her behaviour shouldn't be acceptable on any level. Do better.
