We ordered our food and we understand the some ppls can’t love better than others but we got all star special and a bowl and the waffle was made before any of the food and sat behind the counter we finished our food and then she proceeded to go grab that waffle hand it to us and said sorry it was made a while ago but here u go I mean wasn’t even warm to the touch anymore 😂I understand the Camelle is doing her best but that is ridiculous and it would have been fun but u didn’t even offer to make a new waffle we payed for it still cause we felt bad but that’s not ok at all

look of the last 5 times ive been in here ive only had one time go without incident between the elderly lady thats mad at me because i didn't appreciate getting splashed with water to the guy today that didnt check on me once after i got my food and never refilled my drink...like i love waffle house but if this is the best winchester has to offer, its easier to just get the stuff from walmart and make it at home

As I sit here and read others reviews of WH, I realize how picky and petty they are. Maybe that server is having a bad day. Maybe the cook doesn't feel well but tried their best to satisfy you. I think sometimes if you are that picky over your food maybe you should cook it at home and leave those workers alone. WH is a good company, but usually understaffed because ppl today are lazy or just can't handle the job. WH is a relatively hard job. It takes a strong person to deal with hundreds of ungrateful and unappreciative people. Everyone wants to be first priority no matter who was already there. y'all want things special made and picky. You want it correct but rushed. They are humans that make mistakes. So next time you are in there try using some patience, gratitude, appreciation,and compassion for those who cook and wait on you hand and foot so you can be lazy at home and dont have to cook for yourselves.
