I order few of the biggie bags my husband had a chicken sandwich well he was eating his food there was a peaney in his sandwich. He went took back into the store well they was act all funny did not taken him seriously did not apologize or anything just try give him other sandwich put he throw nasty stuff out of the window. We will not be eating there again. Poorly managed and no customers need close that store.

Found a roach in my drink and when I called manager was told “oh sorry”. I know it couldn’t have came from the delivery driver because of the sticker that was over the straw hole.

Rude and hateful woman taking orders at the drive through. Ask me to donate a $1 to some charity for a free Jr Frosty, said sure. Get to the window and some dude mumbles out the order total, and literally says nothing else.. Gives us the food and drink, I ask about the Jr Frosty and I was completely ignored... one serviette in the bag, no crackers or spoon for the chili, no straw for the drink, and no free Frosty for my donation. People that work there now are rude and trashy, do not recommend.

Got there right as lunch should have started and all of our burgers were ice cold, buns tasted stale and fries were luke warm at best. My teenage boys couldn't even finish their burgers and they can eat anything! The lady who took our order was super nice!!! Definitely not worh the money!

Git there and waited for over 5 min cause girl was outside on break, 3 guys cutting up and acting like they were playing instead of being at work, made order, big kid talking my head off bout nothings and kept forgetting to do his job, long story short, get home and my order wasn't in the bag, BIG DISSAPOINTMENT,, called and he said they can't comp a meal the next day, so im the bad guy for them playing around and not put my di ner in the bag,

I went in for a combo with a coupon. First they did not have applied the coupon. And when they realized they had made a mistake, instead of refund me the charges back to me and recharge it properly, they simply return the coupon and tell me to use it next time. A similar burger with coupon costs 8 at Burger King while theirs charge 12 without coupon and 10 with it. Also I asked for small chili instead dries, they got it wrong too. If I swant fries, Hardee has curly fries and Burger King is cheaper.
