I went in for a combo with a coupon. First they did not have applied the coupon. And when they realized they had made a mistake, instead of refund me the charges back to me and recharge it properly, they simply return the coupon and tell me to use it next time. A similar burger with coupon costs 8 at Burger King while theirs charge 12 without coupon and 10 with it. Also I asked for small chili instead dries, they got it wrong too. If I swant fries, Hardee has curly fries and Burger King is cheaper.

Paid 50$ for some food and it wasn’t made correctly, plus my buns are cold like they was in a fridge or in a cooler, so I called and complained and the lady I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful. I would figure since they just got a new store manager and a remodel they would be half way decent but I was wrong. They won’t get anymore of my money. Wendy’s sucks!!

Went to drive thru around 8pm on 8/5/24. The lady took our order very patiently. We pulled to the window paid and the lady asked if we mind pulling to a spot that our fries and nuggets were cooking. A minute or so later she brought our bag out. Thanks to her we will go back again( even at night time) and she even fed my doggy. He thanked her by barking lol. Great service tonight. Thank yall so much. Dinner was great. Sorry I didn't catch the cashiers name. Very friendly tho.
