Love this restaurant.
I have ordered Fox Den once a week for the past year. Sometimes, twice a week. However recently something has changed. Our orders which are the same each week have been wrong with one thing or another. The response when we call back is rude and disrespectful. Today was just as bad. We ordered a roast beef whole philly with no mushrooms or sauce because of an allergy. We ordered a chicken philly with no mushrooms but have them on the side. In addition we ordered a large pepperjack balls and large onion rights. The pepperjack balls were in a small size box. The onion rings had only 7 rings and most of them were broken. When I called back they rudely said I could come back and get a new one and that no manager was available or on duty. I explained about the mushrooms and once again was rudely told 'Sorry'. Then I said 'Honey, it still doesn't make it right.' Her response was a sarcastic and rude 'Honey, we can make a new one.'
Up until this time we felt like valued customers. They recognized us on site and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. In the past few weeks it seems stressed and up tight. Somethings wrong and the service is suffering for it.

😊 Love love love this restaurant. My husband, son and I eat here frequently. I always order the fried cauliflower. It's delicious. I recommend the burgers and hamburger steaks.
