What a hidden gem! We got very lucky stumbling upon this place. Fantastic food, super friendly service, very cool atmosphere. If you are looking for a place off of I65, this is a must stop! Enjoy!

This is the Way Barbecue Should Be! I had to Go Back after Eating here a few months ago and enjoying it So Much. When I arrived they were Busy as I thought they would be since it was a Holiday weekend but that made me look forward to it even more. Arriving and waiting in line getting to smell all of the cooking and seeing the people getting their plates of what they had ordered made me extremely excited to order. While I waited , I watched football and talked with the locals and even met someone who was from Canada who had been passing on the interstate and found Corner Pit on his corvettes GPS as Authentic Southern Barbecue. My Brisket Came Out while we were talking and I told him he had to try Some of mine because he had ordered the Pulled Pork and I just didn’t want him to go back to Canada without trying the Brisket. He was Amazed by how good and flavorful it was! I got enough Brisket to eat there and to take home with me and was so glad I could have some more for supper that night. This is what Barbecue is All About!
Fellow Canadian here. We stumbled on this place while driving through. The cat was so cute that greeted us. Obviously, I had to give Boots some love. Went in and was greeted nicely. The food was good and quick! Love that they had different sauces to try. I'm glad we found it and have starred it in case we are back in the area to come back.

Wife found it online while traveling. 2 mi. Off I 65 in a hole in the road place. Great find!! Jake, the owner was nice & friendly. Brisket was the BEST we have ever had. Reasonably priced. Alabama white sauce was new 2 me, it was very good! Take exit 6 off zI 65

This is a BBQ tradition that I've wanted to try. I finally got to stop by for lunch and really enjoyed it. Very relaxing place with delicious food. Worth the drive and will be stopping by again!
Such a great place for lunch. We loved sitting outside and enjoying a slow Saturday in the country. The service and staff were great, the place was clean but the food was lacking in flavor.
