Most of the food was good but I ordered a Whisky burger with extra sauce and got no sauce at all.... It happens so often and it really is upsetting. It's frustrating to pay almost $60 for food and not get what you want.

Worst Applebees experience I've ever had! We stopped on a personal business trip because it looked like a safe bet.... a known chain vs unknown diners and such. First, we waited for 15 minutes for a booth instead of a hi-top, because I have a bad leg. After which, we were seated in a booth that was open the whole time. My order was wrong, the server was nowhere to be found, one person got a wrong refill on their drink and the other never got his refill at all. No condiments were ever brought when requested, no one checked to see how our order was. No correction of order, barely an apology (blamed it on others) and then took off a pittance of the bill for our inconvenience! Glad I'll never have to eat there again! UPDATE: Manager reached out to offer discount for my next visit. Really? Like I'm driving 1500 miles to go to a restaurant where I had a horrible experience? Wanna make it right? Refund my part of the meal... that was wrong! SMH

I feel like this location has stepped it up over the years. I don't mind going here now lol. Service has been great the last few times I've went and they have good deals.
First of all the food was fabulous!!!! The wait staff, especially Cameron was so friendly and we felt so great!!! We will definitely be coming back soon and I would highly recommend anyone to visit this fine establishment!!!!
I was put on a wait list at first. On my way to my car, I stopped one of the staff members named Delissia to ask if I could order on the app. She took my to go order on the spot and saved me having to wait for an open table. I didn't have to download the app or anything. Thanks again, Delissia. Applebee's would have been a miss without you today.

Very unfortunate i’m having to take it to here, but one of your employees by the name “kara” was just drastically horrible if i could give her -10 stars and fire her myself i would. Very unprofessional and stuck up, which i find odd considering the way she looks… I honestly felt bad for her, i believe she needs help!
