9 out of 10 it's good food, 1 out of 10 it's just ok, peak hours are best. Off peak hours are not so good. Heat lamps/hot boxes only help out so much. After an hour under heat with no moisture added, food is stale. Maybe a new set of menu items would help. One for speed and one for best taste.

Showed up at 915 and they close at 10. But they're unwilling to make food because they're "closing". So Bojangles Chicken had no chicken. If you don't want to serve after 9, just close at 9. IMO you serve until your posted closed time.

Can't tell you how the food was we never got waited on. Went in at 855 they close at 10 p.m. The staff out front talking to people never acknowledged us. One went to the bathroom which the door was right by where you order. The other one left their friends in the lobby went to the back, walked right by us. We left.

I’ve been to this location twice this week and there have been issues with ordering food and entering the facility when it should been open how can you make money if can’t even get the staff to do their jobs I love your food but I’ll go to Hardee’s until you get your issues worked out
