Bojnagles new awful AI-bot means we will never go again. Sorry, I'm not out here talking to faulty and pushy robots who demand that you tell them what you want every 10 seconds. Absolutely not. I think it's highly disrespectful of a company to use an AI system to remove jobs and boost their bottom line. Bring back the people.

Was at this location 11/6 around 4pm No chicken!! I would have had to wait 15 minutes to cook. Went next door to Wendy's and got my food within a couple of minutes.

Just had the best experience at this location thanks to the woman (whose name I forgot to ask, but she seemed like the manager) who made sure we felt welcome and had a great experience after a short wait for our food. She went above and beyond in her customer service, and we will most definitely be returning customers because of her kindness and professionalism! And the food was truly about the best we've had from any Bojangles location! Excellent job to the staff👏👏👏
