This is my first time here and it was awesome everything was delicious the staff was very friendly and helpful the store was clean and well-maintained I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I made an order through the drive thru and quickly realized as I drove up to the window that I left my wallet back at work. I went inside to see if they could manually enter my card number but they couldn’t. The manager gave me my food at no cost under the trust that I would return later to pay. Not only was that very generous, the food was amazing. I will 100% be going back and I will be back by after work today to pay!

Biscuit and sausage very dry, I think it was in warmer for an hour or so. Ordered decaf coffee and didn’t get it until I had choked down the dry biscuit. Staff nice though

I love how this place is never packed. It's great food!
We got our food to go.The only negative is I really don't like new Ai taking your order. Having a person do it is so much because they can explain things better. It's been years since I have ate at your restaurant so it would have been easier to have a real person.Our food was really good. We did only get one spoon/ fork so that was a problem.

Stopped by to try the grilled chicken sandwich. The drive through menu depicts a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. That is also what the description said on it. However, Bojangles did not have lettuce or tomato. So instead they put extra mayonnaise on it. I never asked for mayonnaise period But the images show how overboard These establishments go when it comes to compensating. For something they don't have Bo. Jangles, I'm gonna ask y'all real question. Did you really think that I was gonna bite into that? And not know that there was like 3 gallons of mayonnaise on my sandwich not to mention how dry it the chicken meat was no surprise ive heard this from a few people in person about the meat on the bone items also. What you see scraped in that box also has gobs inside of the napkins. Overboard, that's what I call this. Do people need to know about the crappy practices? Yes, hard-earned money should not be spent at establishments like this that practice that way. The AI that you have taken orders, you can go ahead and trash that program. It didn't even relay my order from the speakerbox to the guy at the window.I literally had to place the order twice.No, that is not a representative or that guy at the windows issue.That is a bojangles issue, because bojangles does not have a network that knows how to talk to itself to get an order across properly. Now ask for the gentleman at the window. He had good service, but unfortunately he's at the mercy of bojangles, something needs to happen in this world.And i'm going to continue to write my reviews, it's not to bash anybody, it's one hundred percent what I experienced
