Used the drive thru. Ordered at 7:16 pm. Pulled around and 2 vehicles were in front of me. The 1st vehicle got their order within a few minutes. Vehicle in front of me pulled up to the window and paid. After a long wait and knocking on the window with no response they parked and went inside. I pulled up to the window and waited. Finally turned off the vehicle and continued to wait. Someone took my payment at 8:00. Got my order about 5 minutes later. They never said sorry for your wait or gave a reason for the delay. We really love the food but won't be going there any time soon. The vehicle behind us left after about 20 minutes. Lost revenue!

My husband and I went in yesterday and I ordered the salmon with double broccoli and my husband ordered 2 pieces fish and fries. I went to get the drinks and opened the lemon container for the tea there was a bug in it. Most of the tables were dirty the whole place was dirty the workers were rude. Got my salmon and took one bite and it was horrible I took it back the lady took it off my husband packed his to go but ended up throwing it away because I told him about the bugs and I told him I would not eat that. Won’t be back.

Came at 9:30 and pulled through the drive thru to have the intercom say to come back at regular business hours. Drove around and an employee that'd been eyeing us down from inside was outside smoking a cigarette. When we asked if they closed at a different time than their hours, they said the computers were shut off. Just kinda confused as a closer, who knows computer shut offs are manual and what-not, why they needed to close 30 minutes early if they had enough time to go on break. And also when they ACTUALLY close because evidently its not 10.

We had the 4 pc fish dinner with slaw, baked potato, broccoli for our sides. All food was excellent. Fish cooked perfectly. The fish, broccoli and baked potato were hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. This was at noon and it was busy.

My granddaughter and I had lunch here today. The order was made quickly but the fish and fries were cold so I mentioned the cold fries to the employee. He said the cook was making a new batch of French fries, so we expected to get 2 fresh orders. It never happened!

While eating the fish, I found a hair that definitely wasn't mine, and an eyelash on my cold hushpuppy. As we were finishing up, my granddaughter noticed an ant was crawling on the side of her plate, and she had to kill it with her plastic fork.

This is the worst lunch we've ever had for over $25.00! We won't be back.

Ordered door dash tonight. Frys were not cooked and still stiff ...one plate did not have the shrimp on it. They did not send all the sauces I paid for...waist of money.

Very slow 🐌 and 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong! Food isn't good anymore! Or it's cold! 15 minutes wait time to order then 20 minutes at the windows to get the food and the order was wrong! We won't be back.

Got an order to go. Extremely long wait. Pink hair manager in kitchen Telling front counter workers going to be at least 20 min wait I'm the only one back here( could see two more people in the kitchen)
And bragging to the girls up front about the police being called on her last night, telling the whole story and she doesn't care. Her version sounded like she was in the wrong, not the customer.
Never the less my order was totally wrong. Just sad you can't find a decent place to eat out . Will not be returning. Will be calling corporate in the morning. Would like to talk to the GM. Tried to call to store numerous times. No one answered.

If drinks doesn't come with the meal then have a sign saying that. Why doesn't the meal include a drink for? I paid nearly 20 for me to eat here. Never again will I do this again

Pulled up to to order and the girl said one second so six minutes go by and my fiancee says hello are y'all open and she comes back on and says I said just a minute with a attitude so probably waited like another two or three minutes and she still had a additude. But finally placed our order and no one ever came to the window and we waited there probably like five minutes. The girl was cleaning the dinning room so got tired of waiting and decided to go dine in and the girl finally walked back behind the counter and tells the cook they left and and my fiancee says no we came in. She looked so surprised. I think she wanted us to drive off because she was already cleaning but it was only 8:30 when we went though the drive tho. Anyway we wait like another three- five minutes and finally get our food sat down to eat and the fish was pink in the middle. He took the food back up there and she argued with him saying it's supposed to look like that. He said no it's not I'm a chief. So I ask the cook to come look and he said yeah it's not done he saw the pink. He was nice but she was down right nasty. So my fiancee ask for a refund and all she did was give us a receipt that says voided so I don't even know if we got our money back. I even asked can I get your name and she just gave me a nasty look and wouldn't answer me.But I looked on the receipt after we left and it said Ashley. This just happened tonight 01/01/2025 She don't need to be working in customer service. Worse service I've ever had. I've been going here since I was a kid. Almost 47 years. Won't be back if she's still there. If you don't like your job find another you don't have to be so nasty and smart with the customers. They have to be desperate to hire a worker like that. She runs business away and tries to get them to drive off because she don't want to do her job. Will probably be back tomorrow to talk with her GM. I never complain but worse experience ever. Sad because I love Captain D's one of my favorite restaurants. This was at the Dickson, TN store.
