Was told they could not give me the order they charged me for. Then the lady in the back proceeds to sling my food tray , while making a comment about me needing to eat what I got. We have always looked forward to eating here any time We come to Dickson. Unfortunately, this will be my last time eating at this location because of this experience.

Went through the drive through tonight and the family had batter dipped fish, shrimp and chicken. The staff was very friendly and the orders were all filled correctly. When we got home and ate, we were all very pleased. The fish fillets were considerably larger and better than ones we had gotten before. The shrimp and chicken were also very good. The sides were also very nice. The food was all hot and fresh. I recommend the you this Captain D’s. Be nice to the workers and I have no doubt that they will be nice to you.

While trying to place a simple order with one side the staff changed inside the store and a different person took my order. I started over for her twice and she still got my order wrong. Everything e I tried to explain it to her she would cut me off like she knew what I was going to say. When I got home my order was wrong. Won’t be back to the Dickson Tn location

The Giant Fish sandwich is always perfect. Lettuce, tartar sauce and great bun. Best deal out there 5.79. Customer service is Way above par💯. The evening manager was simply customer service text book. Lucky to have her❤️

It didnt take long at all. The cashier was so helpfull because I am indecisive when im so Hungary lol. She did great 👍 she even suggested lobster bites to add on and they were so good.

Instead of where's the beef where's the chicken and where is the fish is shrunk big time.
The food is always good when u can get them to take ur order even after sitting in the drive thru for 37 minutes and no other vehicles in line …. And this isn’t the first time! So if ur planning on eating here don’t go on ur lunch break!

Everytime I I go here I have to wait 30-45 mins for my order even when I'm the only customer there, the store hardly ever opens on time because not enough employees and the employees they do have make it clear they don't wanna be there.
