Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The service was great food was very tasty and I love shopping there for gifts. The atmosphere takes you back to a time where you can enjoy family and friends while eating a delicious meal and drinking a delicious sweet tea.

I have eaten at Cracker Barrel a hundred times at least…Favorite of all restaurants!

We tried to order 3 different things and they were out of them. At that point we said maybe you should tell us what you do have. It wasn't that late either it was around 6pm. The food was dry and overcooked. I ordered dumplings and it was all soup. I wasn't impressed. I usually have a better experience at cracker barrel.

You wanted my review so, here you go... The only reason I came in to the CB, was to purchase a t-shirt with the authentic original logo. As of that date, I will no longer shop nor eat at any CB... You took away the nostalgia and the true Southern charm the true identity of a country store and meal setting, the foundation of which you built your fortune. Best of luck .

Overall, we enjoyed our visit. We did have to wait a bit for our food to come out, and some of our food cooled off before we got it. But it was still delicious…We had a great server… he was Kind and caring!. Love love love your store!!!

Talk about a dining disaster! We sat forgotten for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, then endured an agonizing 75-minute wait for food that arrived barely warm. Our waitress? Completely MIA throughout the meal, forcing us to become detectives just to get basic service. When I explained to the manager that I'd been charged for a drink too awful to consume, instead of making things right, he launched into a defense speech. Trust me—save yourself the frustration and scratch Dickson TN Cracker Barrel off your list.

Super slow, we arrived and took an hour and a half and messed our order, they did offer to take it back but after that wait we decided to just eat the breakfasts the brought, hard to be satisfied after all that, even the register attendant was aloof. Happy Easter and maybe this location will improve.
