Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Chicken was rock hard,sent back and they re-dropped/re served the same chicken,sides were cold,this was the third time to try them,twice waited better than an hour and never got food!😩worse Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to

We waited about 45 minutes for food. The food was not hot when we got it. The mashed potatoes seemed old, the bacon was barely cooked, and my scrambled eggs were very overcooked.

Don't eat here, service was poor, food was just okay, and this place gives you hot biscuits but cold hard butter that shreds the biscuit. Then they have limited parking and has the audacity to leave a note in my vehicle asking me not to tie up curb side parking. Here's an idea cracker barrel, how about you have enough parking for those paying to keep you in business.

Parking: The waitress would take forever to bring us anything and my glass was never refilled.

The chicken fried steak was a little bit greasy and could have been hotter. Hash brown casserole was also greasy; it’s just not as good as it was a few years ago. Turnip greens were delicious.

We took a guest who had never eaten at Cracker Barrel. I was very disappointed. The food was cold, the butter wouldn’t even melt at all. Service was okay. We about froze to death while we were trying to eat. This was probably one of the second worst experiences at a Cracker Barrel we have experienced.

I feel that the quality of Cracker Barrel food has deteriorated in the last few years. It’s just not what I expect of it. The menu has fewer options also.

This has been the most disappointing Cracker Barrel experience I’ve had. The food was poor in quality and lacked flavor, and the service was incredibly slow. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with this visit.

The food was good; however, we didn't get any jelly or biscuits on our order. It clearly shows on the order we requested both. We were given corn muffins- yuck!

45 minute wait for our food, and the place was less than half full. UNACCEPTABLE! My steak was very plain, like they forgot to season it. The only redeeming thing, was at least our server was excellent. I eat at Cracker Barrels all over the US, and this was close to the worst.

We waited for almost an hour for food once ordered and when the breakfast plates arrived the bacon was not cooked. By the time more bacon was served we had already finished our meal. The waitress was good but I’m not sure what was happening in the kitchen.

We were traveling and decided to stop in Dickson instead of the one in Spring Hill. It took a bit for our server to come to the table but she was pleasant and friendly. We got ready to order and find out that they are out of shrimp (main reason for me wanting to stop here). Then decided to order meatloaf - was first told that they were out but server went and checked and they had some. Food was good but the portion of the sides was not as plentiful as usual. I was truly disappointed that they had no shrimp since most of the new featured meals involved shrimp. Overall we would stop again and our meal was good and our server was nice and attentive.

It was cold the air was on and supposedly no buiscuits but they kept bringing them out but none for me I received a free dinner went back guess what no gravy I got the steak and shrimp Cajun it took forever looked nothing like the picture and was over done . The manager or some guy with 4 stars on there apron stood behind me with a girl talking about me and how I got the most expensive thing because I hade a free diner laughing . The server was awesome . I didn’t eat all the steak watch the cameras if you have it 3/9/ about 230 I think you can tell when I used the coupon
