I was told by my waitress all the glasses were dirty and they had no clean glasses. We were brought very small plastic cups and never refilled until end of our meal. I’m a single parent feeding 3 kids pancakes with nothing for them to drink and these are teenagers. For what they charge for a drink I got severally ripped off and a horrible meal experience, especially as the expense is upwards of $60 today for 4 people to eat. So disappointed and won’t be back. Did not tip and I always tip 20% or better. Horrible way to start the day!

The homestyle chicken was TERRIBLE, the mashed potatoes was like paste, we ordered peach cobbler, over $5 for about a spoonful, we eat at our cracker barrel in Fort Gratiot MI and their food has never disappeared us

While we are so grateful that Cracker Barrels allow overnight rv parking, unfortunately all the employees cars filled up the only rv/bus parking even though there was ample car spots available. We did manage to pull between two cars and asked if an employee could move their car so we could get into our rig for the night. We saw several other rvs pull in and leave because the rv parking was full of cars.

Waitress took for ever don't want to hear about short staff . The Waitress next to us had equal amount of people and she was able to get her customers waited on and drinks... cleared her tables as well... she might need to rethink her skilled job and yes I have worked in customer service.

Food portions seem to be getting smaller as the amount of sugar dumped into the vegetable sides increases. You could squeeze syrup out of the carrots, and the slaw is like cabbage candy.Vegetarian options: Be prepared for a sugar fest if you get most vegetables.
Always a great stop on my travels. This store was wonderful. Staff and manager were awesome ?Parking: RV friendly parking and overnight allowed. Be respectful of this amazing privilege afforded to us.

Alan R. Was a great host. Our kids absolutely adored him, and his manners were excellent ( yes sir, yes ma’am) and made sure we properly seated and taken care of. Melisa was also a great server. We highly recommend this Cracker Barrel one of the best so far!!!Kid-friendliness: This was are first time and, Alan was excellent with the kids they cannot wait to go again! We will be back!!
