The second picture is what I asked and the first one is what I got. They gave the wrong size even tho on the paper says 8 in cake. The price supposed the be 25 and tax and all. Nope it was more. My daughter didn't even have a birthday cake because of them.

I ordered a special order (ie. Brownie cupfection) and the guy was right on top of it, got it right and it was awesome!!! Good Job!!

The young worker who took my order was completely odious. I go up to the register to order a mini blizzard and before i can even get to the second item he interrupts me, sighing very loudly and says “is that ALL you’re going to order” and i laugh it off with him and says no i still have another item. I order a second mini blizzard and then he says “I forget people don’t eat as much as they should” He then plays it off as a joke and says “If it wasn’t obvious, I was joking” ???? That was the end of the interaction because then I paid, but what kind of place hires people like that who don’t think before they speak and play it off as a joke? I understand establishments need workers, but if you’re going to hire someone like that, why would you place them at the front register? When they clearly have no people skills at all?

Icecream was great, employees were great. The price for 3 dipped cones was almost $15, however. The drive thru angle was also uncomfortable.

Got 2 blizzards here. They were good. Too good lol
Ordered 2 banana splits. One young lady with green in her hair, palms the banana (no gloves) and cuts it in half, then wipes her hand down her pant leg, place the banana and ice cream, then the young man who’s handling money at the drive thru, helps put the syrups on and wipes his hands down his pant leg. The young lady then reaches down below and wipes her fingers on a rag that was sitting in the mop bucket. When I asked for the manager for a refund, it’s the girl with the green hair!!!!??? The main culprit!!!! 😳 They may need to invest in gloves at that store!!!!! never stopping there again!!!

Very rude cashier. I went to order, open my mouth and the dude chuckles and says ‘oh you’re a dude’ when I clearly am not. Made me very uncomfortable and judging by the other reviews this isn’t the first time this young man has upset customers. If you’re gonna keep him around please keep him in back of house he is clearly not suited to work with customers.

I ordered my food and waited in line. 1 vehicle in front of me. I watched a man and his son get out of their car and go in. They came back out with their food and I hadn't moved. So I jumped the curb to get out of line and went inside. The teenage boy wanted to argue with me saying inside is not faster. The teenage boy wanted to keep arguing with me instead of listening to the customer. His supervisor needs to teach him about customer service and manners. White boy behind the counter.
