Very rude cashier. I went to order, open my mouth and the dude chuckles and says ‘oh you’re a dude’ when I clearly am not. Made me very uncomfortable and judging by the other reviews this isn’t the first time this young man has upset customers. If you’re gonna keep him around please keep him in back of house he is clearly not suited to work with customers.

I ordered my food and waited in line. 1 vehicle in front of me. I watched a man and his son get out of their car and go in. They came back out with their food and I hadn't moved. So I jumped the curb to get out of line and went inside. The teenage boy wanted to argue with me saying inside is not faster. The teenage boy wanted to keep arguing with me instead of listening to the customer. His supervisor needs to teach him about customer service and manners. White boy behind the counter.

Came in got cold food then when my wife ask for hot fries she was talked ugly to by a young manger very disrespectful all other employees acted like they were scared of him you need an were apologized for him how it 240 on Sunday afternoon your restaurant is in trouble....smh

Need to have hours updated properly. On google it says open until 9:30 and the drive thru until 10:00. We arrived as a group and were told the lobby closes at 8:30.
I have yet to try any of the actual food at DQ... I only go in for the blizzards and recently bought a Reese's blizzard cake that was absolutely amazing!!!!

We’ve been to the dq(dickson) multiple times but this one time we had a disappointing experience. One of the staff was rude at the time of taking the order but we passed it off thinking they might have had a bad day. But then the same behavior, even worse, was shown at the counter. We left leaving pretty non-welcoming.

I witness a woman and her children be treated poorly over sauce in front of her kids this shouldn’t be how we treat people let alone customers I was going to order but decided my money would be best to go tords kindness not rude people DO BETTER!

Showed up after what looked like a local school/church event had let out, so we did expect it to be a little busy. The drive through line was to the street so we went inside. We were the only people in line, with some others in the lobby waiting one orders. We saw 4-5 employees working frantically to keep up with mobile orders and drive-through. We were patient, but waited for over 10 minutes and neither of us were ever acknowledged by any employee. Mobile orders kept printing and staff would come to grab the slip right in front of us, but still would not acknowledge a customer waiting to order. No workds were ever spoken between us and the staff. I feel that we were waiting patiently, and a "we will be with you shortly" would have been nice. We ended up leaving out of frustration and got ice cream elsewhere. Main suggestion- even when it's too busy to stop and take an order- acknowledge that you know the customer is there so they know you are not outright ignoring them. I have worked in fast food before and understand it can get hectic, but it should not be too hectic to at least let the customer know you see them and will help them shortly. I hope they are able to work this out and have a more efficient system in the future.

Came thru on my way to work. The outside of the building is a mess from remodeling. The drive-thru window looked pretty disgusting.The service and blizzard and sundae were all great.
