The worst the lady who is currently working 2025 January 8th lied to me saying they didn't have toppings or whatever to make my order so they canceled and that they tried to call to cancel the order but I was next to my phone the whole time they will lie to protect their smoker breaks and crack pipe sessions cause I was by my phone and never got a call don't waste your tell with them whether it be laziness or not doesn't matter it's your job to make us folks pizzas quit if you can't get with the program honey.
The local Dickson, Tn. store does not honor the 50% off deal that is going on now. I even told the store employee that it was advertised on T.V. and in the ad on their website. The employee explained it was only for employees. Something is not right here!

I had ordered a delivery order on the 19th of December. Said it was supposed to be delivered between 9:50 and 10:10 PM. Called the restaurant because normally I get a notification that someone was bringing my delivery. The first phone call said it had not sent out yet but my order was to be next in line to be delivered and it was getting close to the 9:50 PM time so then I didn’t come and I called approximately around 10:20 PM and asked if my Delivery was on the way. She said yes it has went out waited. My pizza never showed up. My front door is at my kitchen and I was in my kitchen Baking at the time so no one knocked. No one called to let me know my delivery was there. I just so happened to go take out my trash and there is my order sitting on my steps already cold. The cheese was so cold It had done hard. Call the restaurant made my complaint and she was going to issue me my refund with she said that I should receive it within 3 to 5 business days and that they was also going to give me a $20 credit in the store. Which I accepted those terms But as of right now On January 4, I still have not received that refund. I have called the store and assistant manager said she was in training said that she would write my information down and she would give it to the store manager that was coming in at 4:00 PM that evening and she would have someone call me. No one called me. Couple days later I go into the restaurant and talk to the same manager that said I was gonna get my refund back on the 19th. She was there on Thursday, January 2. She said yes she remembers the incident so she had me to write all my information down which I did. I wrote down my name my phone number my address exactly what I ordered and exact amount of my refund and she also told me that someone would give me a call and would be in contact with me And she keeps telling me that they changed owners on that particular day that I ordered my food. That has nothing to do with my refund and that’s the excuse I keep getting, but there’s no excuse of a store manager and a supervisor or owner operator for not returning my call or listening to the complaint. So on January The fourth I go into the store to find out why no one‘s contacted me to let me know what’s going on. And they and that same manager that was there Thursday was there tonight and she’s like no one‘s contacted you. I said no they have not so I wanted the number to the supervisor and they told me that since it was The other owner operators that this new owner operator was gonna send me a check in the mail for my refund so I told him to put it in writing and I wanted a contact number so now I’m gonna have to wait even longer to get my refund and wait for check. This is definitely not good customer service skills or customer business at all. After this incident, I will never ever ever order food from this establishment and I will definitely make sure that I tell everyone that I see about what they done and about the food they fix and how they make their deliveries.

After waiting over an hour for my order - team member at the window asked me if I wanted to tip her. I said politely "it's been over an hour - no tip" (when I got to the store there were no cars in the lot except one - I waited 15 min in line behind that person) her response to me was "it's not my fault that it took over an hour" and I told her that was fine and I would make a phone call.
I understand a cold Friday night it's busy. I also understand that we are hiring young folks and this is a learning experience. Her attitude was rude. I've never had anybody ASK me for a tip. Then argue with me?
I'm paying a premium for good service and good food. That's not what I got. I held the box level, opened it and it was just another “who cares” statement.

Ordered a pizza and breadstick on the app waited for over a hour called the store thay answer the phone very unprofessional and said it would be over another hour so had to cancel order very disappointing 😞

Order on the phone for delivery.An hour and a half later I call and they said delivery called couldn't find us because they messed up on the address and we got a free pizza because they didn't hv my order..so replaced the order and still waited an hour and still got nothing.. The employers are not very good workers..
