Good coffee, large selection of donuts if you have a sweet tooth. Reson for 4 * is the outside of my cup and lid was covered in coffee. I had to wipe it down. ( a little too messy)

Went in to get a coffee at 6pm. The store has 1 customer in the lobby who had their order already, 1 in the drive-through when i walked in. The chick behind the counter just kept cleaning for a few minutes then turns to me and says sorry I don't work register. She says nothing to any other employee and I just stood there for like 5 minutes. Nobody asked for my order. I just walked out. Won't be back to this Dunkin. Maybe not any Dunkin.

The manager Mickey was not familiar with the menu and took her frustration out on me for asking if the product contain dairy due to a severe dairy allergy .i went to the window to show them the beverage I wanted to purchased the girl at the window was extremely rude and continuously rolled her eyes and never answered my questions if the product had dairy so I asked one more time and she scream no pull up. Luckily the sweet lady inside with glasses let me know the product did have dairy and that she would happily get me a drink that didn’t contain dairy. I understand my allergy can’t always be accommodated but I would just like to know and not be treated so poorly because of a health issue . What they did today could have put me in hospital. This would be a major issue for me and the owners of this location. Please consider speaking to them abt the importance of this issue.
