After traveling all night it's very disheartening to be made to feel like an inconvenience for the workers. The older white haired lady sighed when we ordered 2 dozen donuts and couldn't be bothered to thank us as we left. My apologies if we burdened you. The donuts were good though.

Service was quick, but the quality just isn't there for the price. The drinks taste overly processed, and after checking the ingredients, it’s clear there aren't many healthy options. For the cost, I’d rather go somewhere with better quality. Won't be returning to this location.

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was made incorrectly. I told them at the window. They remade it, but they still made it wrong (taste wise). It was an ice coffee…. Who puts regular sugar in an iced drink? No one because the sugar does not dissolve in cold drinks. Thinking it was a misunderstanding for the second time, I drove off. I opened my breakfast sandwich. The croissant is visible burnt, but I was thinking I will eat it because I’m hungry and have somewhere I have to be. After biting into it, I realized the stuff on the sandwich was cold to lukewarm. I couldn’t eat it. I decided to just go to the other location here in Dickson. I ordered the exact same thing - the exact same way- and it was correct. Just go to the one in town and not the interstate location.

I went in and the team seemed pretty overwhelmed, and that may be due to being understaffed.
However, I ordered a large, hot coffee with oatmilk and received a lukewarm coffee made with milk. Going back in to fix it wasn't worth the time. You're better off with the regular gas station coffee.
My coffee wasn’t even full, there was no hello Good Morning welcome to Dunkin' just what do you want. And he didn’t say a word to me when I got to the window just handed me this and closed it. It’s not that hard to do ur job and run the drive thru with a good attitude!
