Food was great. Fresh even. But the snobby attitudes from the people in the windows were insane. Very short with the older lady that was in front of me when she was ordering when she just needed a little help and before I could even finish my order they cut me off. Then when you get to the window, they just look at you like your an inconvenience. I use to love this place and still do but every time my boyfriend says something about going here I always give it the cold shoulder. And it’s always because of the workers. It’s just not the same anymore. Ever since the original owner passed, it’s just gone downhill. There’s nothing special about it, the hospitality is gone. It’s just become another basic fast food restaurant.

It’s been a few years since we went there. Tonight we ordered two 5 piece fish dinners a 5 piece chicken dinner. They don’t skimp on sauces. The tartar sauce tasted like nothing but mayonnaise. The hushpuppies, fries and okra were soggy. The coleslaw was awful and the beans had no flavor. Was not impressed with the chicken nor the fish. Absolutely no seasoning. The chips! Just plain nasty. Sweet Tea! Not sweet tea. I’m sorry, but I should have just ate a bowl of cereal.

I’d recommend going to any other place that sells chicken tenders, BWW or even Burger King. No amount of sauce can make these tenders taste good.

This location has just gone downhill. I have been three times i nthe last two months and two out of those three times I have been with the rudest lady working there. This time around she took the time throw sauces in the bag with such force it burst the containers open all over the inside of the bag and was sure to practically throw it at me through the window while closing the window before I could say a word. Needless to say, I will not be giving any more money to this buisness if it is such a chore for them to serve customers and share mutual respect.

The breading has changed. The prices have definitely increased and they absolutely don't reflect the taste The food was before. Goodwings used to be so guuud!!! The past several months it has definitely changed, multiple occasions we've noticed the difference and thought maybe it was just an off occurrence but too many times now. Can't say we'll be back, it's not as good as it used to be!😏😒

Goodwings has the BEST chicken tenders and wings ever!!! You can tell the new management cares and it absolutely shows in the food! We are regulars and goodwings has only gotten better!

Please get rid of the drive thru self pay terminal, or at least change the software options for TIPs. I ordered $36 worth of food, and with tax, order came to $41. Screen asked if I wanted to add a TIP (for what?), so I just hit continue. When I got my receipt, a 10% tip was added, $45 total.. I asked the girl at window why it automatically added a tip, and she said she didn't know, and was sorry. That was it, no offer to correct it. I suspect it defaulted to a 10% tip, and that is not right. It should default to no tip. Not sure why a Tip is expected for handing food through the window anyway. Won't return anytime soon unless I hear they have corrected this machine.
