Never been there before and will never go back. Wrong burger. Ask for fries with no salt. Seems that I got extra salt. Was in parking lot for 20 minutes and had cops called for being there to long. So disappointed with this location, previously gave it five stars but twice now in a row our orders have been messed up from the lack of attention by staff. Part of the blame is on us for not checking the food till we got home. Missing food and the wrong items entirely is common elsewhere but we have never had issues like this in the past here so it wasn't the first thought like at other establishments. Lesson learned to verify everything from now on if we come back. Another drop in service for Dickson sadly and it's too far of a drive back to fix so I'm just out money at this point.

Had a take out order, my food sitting on the to go area. I wanted to show my name to the employee to take my food. She ignored me wouldn’t even acknowledge me. The food was burnt. This is only my second time at Hardee’s. First time I was on a road trip and the food was amazing and people were so nice. This was an absolute let down.

The pickles they used on 1-21-2025 are bad,bad,bad! I almost called but I'm not now. Last few times I've been to Hardee's here it has been not so good all around. Unclean, attitudes are not to great. The management should lead by example but,,,,well maybe she is,I don't know. I don't think I'll be going back.

Worst Hardee’s ever. Hire some people with common sense. (EDITED) Update, so I called the restaurant prior to this review and complained about being left sitting in the drive through window while my bag of food sat on the counter for over 5 minutes while they talked. A few words were exchanged and then the staff prank called me for 2 hours over 6 times, cussing me out and threatening me like children 😂 That’s what happens when you hire simple minded kids. Manager was in the background egging it on. What the hell happened to this place? It used to be great 👍 bad employees destroy good businesses.

The melt I ordered wasn't warm at all. I asked for a medium lemonade, only to be given a small. Told that they only sell lemonade in this size. Which is different from literally any other Hardee's I've been to.
