I'm not sure why there are any reviews that are under 5 stars. The service here is great, and there is definitely nothing to complain about when it comes to how much food you get. The subs are clearly fresh and plenty packed with whatever you want. The only downside is that they aren't open past 5 p.m.
Kid-friendliness: There were kiddos there and they were kept busy coloring.

Was definitely not what I expected based on reviews online. The drink and chip options were minimal, I didn't realize they only offered bottled drinks and had four options for chips. For $5 extra I expected more. The food quality was ok, honestly I've had better sandwiches at Jersey Mike's and Subway.
My co worker and I did an online order, so when we arrived at the shop, we were told the shop was out of lettuce and couldn't offer a refund unless we called the home office. The employee ended up calling for us but they had to cancel the whole transaction, so we ended up only getting half our order because my co worker and I paid separately. Honestly, we won't be coming back. I'm pretty disappointed and if I'm going to pay $20 for a sub, I want it to be worth the money.

The sign said had to run an errand be right back and she was, well worth the wait! Ricky was as friendly and professional as the sub was delicious!!! The best quality and combos in town, try it out!

Despite being closed, she welcomed me in and offered to make me a sub when I accidentally opened the door.
