I'm not sure why there are any reviews that are under 5 stars. The service here is great, and there is definitely nothing to complain about when it comes to how much food you get. The subs are clearly fresh and plenty packed with whatever you want. The only downside is that they aren't open past 5 p.m.

Kid-friendliness: There were kiddos there and they were kept busy coloring.

The sign said had to run an errand be right back and she was, well worth the wait! Ricky was as friendly and professional as the sub was delicious!!! The best quality and combos in town, try it out!

"5 stars to the Hidden Heroes Sub Shop in Dickson, TN! I had an incredible experience thanks to Ricky, the amazing General Manager. Despite being closed, she welcomed me in and offered to make me a sub when I accidentally opened the door. It was my birthday and everywhere else in town was closed, so her kindness was especially appreciated. Ricky was attentive, efficient, and made my sandwich to perfection.
