visited 3 mornings in a row on a work trip, coffee was excellent, the ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches were great, also did the peanut butter and banana on wheat toast one morning and it was excellent as well, the little gift shop was an added touch too

Stopped in for a coffee and was really disappointed by how unclean the place was. The floors were noticeably dirty, and several tables hadn’t been wiped down at all. It didn’t look like anyone was actively trying to stay on top of the mess.
There were multiple employees standing around in the back, while only one person was actually making drinks. No one seemed to be handling cleaning duties or checking on the front of house.
The coffee itself was fine, but the overall atmosphere didn’t feel well-kept. A little more attention to cleanliness and teamwork would go a long way.

Spent night in Dickson, traveling through. Stopped by this quaint little coffee shop. Had the best scone and coffee! If lived here this would be my go to place! Staff friendly too!
So, I am finally leaving a review. I have been here many times and I like hot coffee, usually it isn't very good. I'm not saying it's bad but no one has been able to make it the way I like it. Today, however, there was a young man named Liam working and he got it. He made it perfect, no exaggerating at all. It wasn't too sweet, the perfect amount of cream and I could taste the hazelnut. I knew if I kept coming I would get my perfect cup of coffee. Perfect example of not judging by your first, second or even third visit.

Love the venue. It's in a perfect spot. The food was delicious. I recommend the grilled cheese. The customer service was terrible. They were not very busy, we were having a late lunch. No one greeted use or asked if we had been there before. We requested a high chair and was pointed in a direction, no offer to show use or help get it.
