The food and place was great! But our waitress practically ignored us. Only brought us our food and drinks and practically never came to check on us and never give us refills.

The old man that's runs the place is very hateful and rude. He cussed my mother at the door for holding the door for my grandmother. Telling her to shut the GD door and then we decided once more to give the place a try today and I had a phone call and stepped outside and he was very rude about that. Also i ordered my food and it came out wrong and they acted as if nothing was wrong. So I ordered again and it was wrong once again. I gave the place a second try but will never be back to that disrespectful and unsatisfactory place again.

I have been eating at the establishment for years.I also hate leaving bad reviews. Though I love the food over the years, especially within the past six months, the customer service has gone down by a lot. The owner is always rude whenever we come in (Especially if we aren’t Dressed up)- Normally, my boyfriend and I come here after a long day of work, and we are usually in our scrubs- As we were tonight. It was not busy, but there were what seemed to be a couple of regulars in there buying lots of alcohol and were getting the upmost respect. Us being underage can’t and got treated awful. In addition to all of that, my boyfriend tried to order a side of lo mein and the waitress-She’s probably in her mid 50s -screamed at my boyfriend that they do not do that. (Everyone around us looked at us and it was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing) If it is such a big deal, it needs to be put on the menu. After 30 minutes of us, not getting our drinks refilled,not even asking if we were ok, or needed anything else . We go to pay our bill (which was not cheap) and she gets mad because my boyfriend didn’t want to leave a tip. I’m sorry, but you’ve got to be a better waitress ,not call him a cheapskate and laugh in his face to get any sort of tip from us (we normally would leave her a great tip-she’s always our waitress!). We will sadly no longer be eating at this establishment. This was always our date spot or a place we would go after working a long day in healthcare.

I've been ordering takeout from here for over a year and it's always great. We usually get sushi, which is always delicious, but today we tried shrimp pad thai, egg rolls, and shrimp and steak hibachi (which also comes with soup and salad). Everything was delicious and we got so much food for $59 (enough to have a second meal later). The food actually has a lot of flavor which seems hard to find at a lot of places around here that are more bland. I read in reviews that the pad thai was spicy so I asked for mild and it was perfect. The owner Billy is also so kind and remembers his repeat customers. He always thanks me for my business and is appreciative of my tips, so I'm happy to spend my hard earned money here once a week or so for a great meal.

Remove your service fees and allow people to tip as normal people do, or your service level will go down. This is not a high-end restaurant and you are not legally able to do this unless disclosing it upfront. It must be clearly stated before the purchase is made — on menus, signs, or during checkout. If it’s not disclosed until the bill is presented, that can violate consumer protection laws

Stay far away from this place, they have a habit of not giving your charge back and taking it for their tip, ( taking the change from 100 for a $60 bill, and don't even hop on my review ICHIRO because I can name off about 5 people this has happened to recently. The service wasn't even with a smile and the food was not anywhere worth the price it was ridiculous..

I went here to get my father some egg drop soup for Father's Day. He is extremely ill. He is a regular here. This is all he wanted. The owner was extremely rude. Didn't want my daughter to touch the check out counter. Telling my child where she could sit she is 4. All she was trying to do was thank him for getting her papaw soup. Rushed us out the door as quick as possible. The moral of the story you don't know what your customers are going through try having compassion for the people keeping your restaurant open!
