I went here to get my father some egg drop soup for Father's Day. He is extremely ill. He is a regular here. This is all he wanted. The owner was extremely rude. Didn't want my daughter to touch the check out counter. Telling my child where she could sit she is 4. All she was trying to do was thank him for getting her papaw soup. Rushed us out the door as quick as possible. The moral of the story you don't know what your customers are going through try having compassion for the people keeping your restaurant open!

The good is always pretty good. I've seen a few bad days but for the most part it's very good for the area. Service is decent. People have their moods and I've never seen a bad one there. It is pretty dark in there. You'll struggle to see after walking in but it's always a calm cool place!

The food was amazing and the prices were decent. We were seated right away. Our waitress was good too...she was very attentive during our meal. My only issue was at the end of our meal she brought us the check before she asked if we wanted dessert or if there was anything else we needed, other than that small issue, the service was great.

My son took me here for my birthday lunch. I ordered the shrimp hibachi and it was okay? The 6 shrimp were way over cooked and rubbery. However, my DIL said the sushi was good? The atmosphere is VERY dark! I had to use my phone flashlight to see the menu at 1:30 in the afternoon. A weird side note: The man working behind the cash register came by our table but only spoke to my son, he never looked at me or my DIL. Then on the way out, I asked him a question and he looked at my son and gave him the answer, once again, never acknowledging me? I was dumbfounded? I might try this spot again but not any time soon.

Hey, after a long day, therapy is at 7AM. Hour drive to work till 5:30 pm, an hour long drive to pick my fiance up to take him to get food. He told my fiance about Ichiro. So after a very long day we go in, to the bar. Now, this is our first time here. We just moved out this way and not from this area of Tennessee. The man I would assume as the owner, his pic, was on the wall in a plaque. He asked why we didn't sit at a table, and we answered we wanted to get drinks. He handed us menus and asked what kind of drinks we wanted. Now we just day down, wasn't there 2 minutes. So I asked if the drinks were on the menu, and he said no walked off. He comes back 2 minutes later and tells us to come to the corner counter as there were other customers who wanted to sit at the bar while picking up the menus...🤔 i was just putting my keys in my purse. No one was waiting for a seat at the bar when I got up to leave, and not to mention there were at least 4 more seats. I've never felt so embarrassed and mistreated at any establishment of this caliber. I mean, it wasn't Ruth Chris or The Rutledge, but it was nice. That man was so rude, and for him to treat us that way. My money spends too. He literally picked our menus up, basically saying we're not allowed to sit at the bar. We were there a total of 5 minutes before he did that. That's never happened to me, and I go out to eat a lot. But I left immediately, and I will not allow anyone to treat me this way and spend money at their establishment. And I don't care about the ticket. We have to do better middle Tennessee. This is another example of how some up here treat outsiders. Beautiful establishment, but terrible attitude customer service. But went down the street to Ginger and the BEST SERVICE, and great food. No drinks. I may try you guys again when I'm not so comfortably dressed and see how the will be then. Hopefully, the service will be better.

Delicious! Sushi lunch combo is my favorite. I always get the sweet potato roll and the spicy tuna roll with clear soup. It is so good! Ladies, make sure you try a "Whoohoo". It is a drink. You will definitely only need one!

Whenever we are in town we make sure to go to this restaurant. Wonderful food, nice owner and wait staff. If you are in the mood for rice and good food stop by and try anything on the menu. I might even want to try the Lucky Budda!
In the area for a Dr appointment. Stopped with daughter for late sushi lunch. She complimented the miso soup. Salad was 4 pieces of lettuce, one slice tomato and cucumber and dressing, not fresh. Sushi was well presented but spicy tuna was bland and shrimp was definitely not fresh and rubbery. Didn't bother to finish. Wasn't expecting much for the area and only one other option around. Place just needs some passion back into it, maybe the menu items are better, but don't recommend for sushi whatsoever. Will give their Hibachi and Chinese dishes a try when returning to the area and upgrade the food stars in this review if it's better.

This place was so lovely!!! I had the best orange shrimp ever, and the waitress was so sweet with my five year old daughter. Great prices too!!!
Vegetarian options: You have the option to have tofu in place of chicken or shrimp for orange, general tso's, sesame, etc.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone who interacted with my daughter was so sweet and happy to see her!
