Fast and friendly staff, meat is sliced and cooked (if requested) right in front of you, top notch subs. I recommend #13 Mike's way add pickles.

Every time I come to this location I have an awful experience. I am an assistant manager at a different jersey mikes location and this location does not hold up to Jersey mikes standard whatsoever. Last time I came, they hadn’t proofed the bread correctly and it was cracker thin. This time they just slapped my sandwich together super messy after having me wait over 10 minutes in line while they just ignored me and kept completing online orders. Not to mention they put bread on the grill which is against corporate rules because it’s a gluten cross-contamination hazard. Definitely will never be coming back here and have also put in a complaint with corporate

I'm from the South Jersey/Philadelphia area so I know my hoagies pretty well. I've never been to a Jersey Mike's in NJ. This place would be a lot better if the bread was more authentic. It's missing the chew. Also I don't get who decided to call the chicken cheesesteak hoagie California style - that's never what it's called in NJ. They are also lacking a jersey staple on their menu - which is the cheesesteak hoagie (cheesesteak but with lettuce tomato and onion). I tried to order it many a times and it's always a big miss. My last attempt they actually grilled the 3 strands of lettuce they put on it. However I don't hold that against them, because that's just a bad franchise concept. Same with the high prices. In Jersey the same hoagies would be about $13 instead of $18, and that's a hcol area. Their best sandwich is the Italian Mike's way, which would come close to a sub par hoagie shop in Jersey if it wasn't for the bread being too soft. If they fixed that bread it'd be decent. They might be in trouble when Wawa opens by the interstate. Generally will be less expensive and better hoagies overall (but still not great bread).
As an individually owned franchise tho, this location ain't bad. They handle the lines fairly well. The lack of friendliness to me has always been right on point to the Jersey Mike's branding. For this I give it 4 stars.

Good food, kind workers, I'm in there a lot and they're always nice. As much, since I'm sure they have a bonus system, I want to name off as many of them as possible because they all deserve the appreciation. I've asked many/most of them their names but I don't know if I recall them properly. Regardless, Gavin, Tasha (if I heard her correctly, the manager), Isabelle (I think (I'm questioning myself as I write this) the redhead) The blonde... (I know she told me her name, I don't trust myself to remember it correctly, but I want to say it was Emily or something), Esperanza, Ryan, Wyatt, Tell, and various others have been very helpful and great cooks over the time that I've been eating there. Highly recommend.
PS: Historically I've been told that place is too expensive, and it does cost more than fast food places, but... its not too expensive ($12 cheesesteak) and the vast majority of those sandwiches are as much food as or more food than you'll get at a burger joint. And burger joints don't have root beer and cream soda in their fountain machine, so..
I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in years, so I had to stop in and feed the hunger! Still as good as always with fast, friendly service! Stop by for a great Sub sandwich 🥪 😋 👌

Stopped by on our way home from Knoxville. Just a short drive off 40. Food was excellent. Staff was amazing and the atmosphere was extremely welcoming. We got our subs in a tub (no bread) and they were very delicious. We will definitely make this a go to when traveling.
Waited in line 6 people in front of me no big deal it’s lunchtime. Then a woman walks in the manager stops what he’s doing over-the-counter and serves her by himself first. 15 minutes later I’m still standing here waiting to put my order in and everybody behind me. Lousy, lousy service will never be back.
Al.ost $20 for a large sandwich keeps me from going very often.
Been going here for years. Great service!
Ordered and they took my name. Waited a good minute for my sub to be made just for it to be handed to someone else after they took my name. Was wrapped back up and handed to me when it was realized the wrong order was handed out.... Thats messed up how you gonna give the wrong stuff out after taking ppls names...

Super friendly staff. Good food. It's one of my regular stops on my way through town
Tasha and Bella are so much fun! Really sweet and engaging - they made it an extra positive experience (extra shout outs to Leslie and Kainen, just didn’t chat with them as much). Food was delicious and service was quick. Plus the store was spotless. Cheers to them! Was also pleased to see there’s a few vegetarian options available.
Vegetarian options: Hot sandwich portabella option and cheese-heavy cold option.
