I only get famous bowls. Today’s was exceptional just like it always is. What made my experience stand out is that i was served a flat Pepsi, requested a different drink and was given one without hesitation and with ZERO attitude. The young red headed man in the window today (8/7/25) has top notch customer service skills!!

When you have to wait 20 min in drive thru with one car in front of you. Awful!!! Told me to pull aside and would be a 7 min wait after another 20 min no food ,got a refund. I'm 58 years old and this was my worst experience with takeout. I warn dont go !!! When will management do something. Look at this places reviews

Great service, but food was late saying it would be fresh o it was fresh but didn't taste rite kinda like old oil but after only eating a small piece of chicken I've been sick for two days now and the Krispy chicken was not really Krispy hope the food is better for you!! Hope to be over this soon!

Worst restaurant I've ever stepped foot in. The guy behind the counter seemed a little overwhelmed by order taking and did give me a free drink but the kitchen messed up my crunchy with original plus the chicken was absolutely terrible. Dry and somehow under battered while also being undercooked. If I had spend more than $11 I would have been highly upset. Plus this restaurant is filthy and the longer I sat there the worse it got. I glanced over by a base board and there was literally 1/2 inch thick pile of crumbs and dirt stacked up. Looks like instead of sweeping the floor into a dust pan they just swept it to the walls. The Mac and cheese was good as well as the Coleslaw. Really have to struggle to say anything good about this one. Even the grass wasn't mowed.

Chicken breast had skin removed when I opened the box. Other food, a wing, & potatoes were ok. Employees polite. I will not return. This was a deliberate action.

Do not eat at this KFC! I mean, here's the thing, it's KFC, not fine dining, but it was just the grossest thing I have ever eaten. We ordered the new waffles box meal. The waffles were deep fried in the same grease as the chicken. Each waffle weighed about a pound each from the amount of grease. When I pulled a piece off of the waffle it was a different color half way through from the amount of the grease that had soaked in. I still ate one of them. Shame on me!!! Why?!?!?! The meal came with chicken pieces and nuggets as well. Nuggets were amazing! The chicken was just unidentifiable and twisted into the weirdest shapes. And this was the bone in chicken. Yeah, I ate one of those pieces, too. I walked out of that place feeling horrified that I had eaten that food. Plus, I was hungry like an hour later because I just couldn't eat much of it. Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Do not eat at this KFC. Go absolutely anywhere else. Heck, eat out of a dumpster before eating this mess.

Honestly one of the nastiest places to eat in Dickson. The chicken taste like they don’t change the oil out and it was burnt. I paid 50 dollars and really wished I would have went somewhere else.
