if i could add no stars i would . i’m not sure what the chicken hold time is, or who is running this place during lunch hour , but i’ve never had such NASTY chicken before in my life. it was slimey, smelly & rubbery. & it looks like it’s been sitting there since yesterday. i’m so disappointed in KFC . if you want good chicken in dickson , i highly suggest not stopping at this kfc to get it !

The cashiers name was Salina who took my order she went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. Although when I got my order the chicken was very dry and salina had replaced it with fresh chicken and was very nice and polite about she deserves a 10/10

On several occasions we have gone to this KFC location and were truly surprised to have such a polite and friendly person to take our order and greet us with a smile at the drive thru. He has been there the last couple of times we've gone thru and today I asked his name and it's Alex...I hope the manager realizes what an awesome guy they have. We will definitely be return customers because of his kindness and above the top customer service. Alex gets 10 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 😍 💛

I ordered the spicy chicken wings, but it was obvious that the oil they used was very old and dirty. I took one bite and couldn’t eat any more — the taste was really disgusting.

Food is always good to me. Wait is normally not bad but too long for fast food. Wait was triple what it normally is and they asked me to pull over to the side. I hate that. You’re more worried about your window timer than customer service. Stop doing that. Also asked for extra chicken on my famous bowl and had to come back thru the drive thru to get my extra chicken.

Quick with your food, but its just thrown in the bag sloppy. Lids not completely on. Gravy was leaking all the bag. Biscuits were all tore up bc they we just slung in the bucket.
