Honestly one of the nastiest places to eat in Dickson. The chicken taste like they don’t change the oil out and it was burnt. I paid 50 dollars and really wished I would have went somewhere else.

The last 3 times I've been here to pick up an order it's always wrong and cold... today I decided to try it again and went through the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes.. I got home just now and once again order is wrong and cold ... literally fries tasted like they was a couple days old ... just awful.. service was awful.. 10/10 don't recommend!!

Staff was friendly & helpful. Food was hot & fresh. Bathrooms needed some attention but otherwise, I'd definitely go again.
I went to the KFC here in Dickson Tn. It was awful , the food was cold the chicken was not cooked all the way, me and my son waited at the counter for several minutes before I just had to yell in the back for service. The employees in the back were caring on very inappropriate conversations and cussing, I could not believe my ears. They had no idea we were up there, than to top it off the employees were vaping while in the back while cooking the food and getting orders ready, I could not believe what I was seeing it was awful! The owners need to check the camera's we were in there this past Sunday around 4:30. February 2025.

The nasty food I've had in a long time wasn't chicken was a small bird grease running off you elbows salt overload cover up taste I will never buy KFC again an my friends feel same way how are y'all still open

I was craving fried chicken and came to the Dickson KFC. I waited in line at the drive thru for 25 min. Then for a 3 piece meal was charged 11,50. Then I had to wait for the meal an additional 15 minutes. The place was not even busy. The food was not great either. I would stay away from this place unless you want to waste time. So sad

You can always count on KFC. These days, everything is super expensive. But at least get large portions. I got the 12 pc family bucket meal.
When I went here and asked for the number one, and they asked white or dark I said white. And they charged me an extra dollar just for ordering what is listed on the menu. Instead of $8.29 they charged me $9.29 for no reason. I asked about this and they said it was because I ordered white meat that is literally what is shown on the picture for the number one combo. That is ridiculous that they are charging more and thinking no one is going to notice.

This place is not a place I would go to again, second time I have been there before 8 o'clock and they told me they did not have any bone in chicken. Do you guys stop making it at seven .Then maybe need to close at 8pm.
