I pulled up to the drive through at 9:48pm tonight. I sat at the speaker until 9:52. I then pulled around to the windows, where at 9:54 and employee opened the windows and said "we're closed". I responded, "your posted hours show you are open until 10." she then pulled out the register drawer and said, "we have already pulled our cash drawers." Multiple times this location has been closed inside of their posted hours of operation. It is now 10:03 and I have already gone through the drive-thru at Sonic AND received my order. It is unfortunate that this is the only miniburger option in Dickson!

This last visit wasn't a good one. Normally, this particular Krystals is great, but this time, I was overcharged (didn't confirm until I got home and examined the receipt) and the fries were cold and the regular Krystal burgers were cold and the bread was hard around edges. Very disappointed.
