The afternoon drive-thru girl had a lot of nerve judging me for no reason, being blatently rude as I approached the window. She barely wanted to speak and mumbled something under her breath as she took my payment. Very typical behavior for this part of town...

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude..I paid for food they refused to make it when I went to pick up then didn't want to refund me told me I would have to wait until the next day and I could call to try to get the refund.

Food is good if you have 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru line. I gave this place another chance today and same result. Waited in line for 30 minutes. This place is a joke.

Ok so I never leave a review but I felt like this was awful. My husband stop in and pick me up dinner as I had to work late. The food was awful it was drowning in grease and smelled like it was bad. We have always love little Krystals but now we don't believe we will ever be eating there again.-10/10

Krystal is great when you’re craving those classic little burgers. The food is fast, consistent, and hits the spot when you want something quick. Nothing fancy, but it’s decent for what it is — simple and affordable.

I was the only customer when I walked in. I ordered, paid and waited. Another customer walks in, they get their meal right away, I am still waiting. I finally get my order and leave only to find out that the order is wrong and no utensils. But the 2 employees were deep in conversation the entire time. How do you mess up an order with only 2 items and no foot traffic? SMH

I pulled up to the drive through at 9:48pm tonight. I sat at the speaker until 9:52. I then pulled around to the windows, where at 9:54 and employee opened the windows and said "we're closed". I responded, "your posted hours show you are open until 10." she then pulled out the register drawer and said, "we have already pulled our cash drawers." Multiple times this location has been closed inside of their posted hours of operation. It is now 10:03 and I have already gone through the drive-thru at Sonic AND received my order. It is unfortunate that this is the only miniburger option in Dickson!
