I do not live in Dickson. The workers had locked the front lobby door before 7pm. I went through the door via store entrance. The big girl rudely shouted the lobby is closed, but I said it’s not 7pm like the sign says. Another young man said they were short staffed, which was clearly a lie. I wanted to take some Krystal’s to my dying friends family because she loved them. I left empty handed after the rudeness. Absolutely no way to treat anyone.I tried emailing you., but the email you provided is invalid.

Took forever to order at the drive thru, krystals is krystals. Take that and do as you wish. Lol
Our stop was on 01/01/24, about 4ish pm.Before we could order, we were informed there would be a 25-30-minute wait, no sorry. My husband asked and the guy said we just had a couple large call in orders. We said we would wait, both young men working in and around the front counter both looked and acted like we were causing them a problem.The wait ended up not being that long, our fries were not fresh and there was a booger on our straw!

I walk to order my food I seen one guy making the food two young guy in drive thru both had on headsets so I waited about 5mins cause the one was making the food but another guy walk right passed me a red Hoodia on didn't ask if he could take my order,or if I been help,the other young guy came to the counter to get a pen didn't asked if I'll be help or anything all together 4 employees there and didn't ask if they could take my order the only one ask was the guy that was already making an order I found out the guy with the red Hoodia was a manger,
