Our server and the hostess were wonderful. That is about the best I can say. For my meal, I chose the ribeye steak and a salad. The salad was find but it was probably one of the worst ribeye steaks I've ever had. It was not charred enough on the outside but it was served medium rare as requested, was thin and seasoned poorly. Our server told us that Logan Steakhouses are closing many stores and are doing poorly. I know why. There are so many better options available.

I only steak out from this restaurant. My mother and I both order ribeye they were the worst pieces of steak I ever ate out. They were so tough. Takes to a manager who said he use to eat one every night but hasn’t in long time. Cheap cuts of meat that’s the problem

Ordered a replacement order after a previous order mess up and one of the workers swore the managers had gotten better in the atmosphere and attitudes had gotten better. Give them another try. Ordered on doordash. They gave my order to the wrong person and then after asking what's going on and trying to see what's going on with my order they told me that the order had already been picked up even though it stated the Dasher was waiting and then hung up on me. And then they wonder why this town and these restaurants are going to s*** if you don't like your job, quit. If it's overwhelming, find you something else to do.

I was going to order from the app but decided to order at the restaurant. Shockingly I discovered the prices in the restaurant were cheaper than on the company app. This app was Logan's not doordash. The difference in my meal was $7.44. I think Logan's can do better than this.

My guys wanted to take me somewhere for my birthday and this is where we decided. Honestly, the worst steak I’ve had in years. The entire dinner had zero taste, the potato was so overcooked that it was literally nothing but brown and dried up skin. Even after she brought me a new one, it was basically the same thing. The steak had absolutely zero flavor, which is a pretty good assumption that it’s select beef, which is the lowest tier you can buy. Three of us ordered steaks and none of them were cooked correctly. If you want a steak, I would research different options and avoid this place because, it’s obvious that these cooks Make the bare minimum and have no desire to do any better. I would suppose this explains why a popular steakhouse at 6 o’clock in the evening was less than half full. You would never find that at Texas roadhouse or even Longhorn for that matter.
I really enjoyed the speedy pick-up service. Eliza was very tactful, fun-spirited and professional really enjoyed the exceptional service
