I only steak out from this restaurant. My mother and I both order ribeye they were the worst pieces of steak I ever ate out. They were so tough. Takes to a manager who said he use to eat one every night but hasn’t in long time. Cheap cuts of meat that’s the problem

Ordered a replacement order after a previous order mess up and one of the workers swore the managers had gotten better in the atmosphere and attitudes had gotten better. Give them another try. Ordered on doordash. They gave my order to the wrong person and then after asking what's going on and trying to see what's going on with my order they told me that the order had already been picked up even though it stated the Dasher was waiting and then hung up on me. And then they wonder why this town and these restaurants are going to s*** if you don't like your job, quit. If it's overwhelming, find you something else to do.

I was going to order from the app but decided to order at the restaurant. Shockingly I discovered the prices in the restaurant were cheaper than on the company app. This app was Logan's not doordash. The difference in my meal was $7.44. I think Logan's can do better than this.

My guys wanted to take me somewhere for my birthday and this is where we decided. Honestly, the worst steak I’ve had in years. The entire dinner had zero taste, the potato was so overcooked that it was literally nothing but brown and dried up skin. Even after she brought me a new one, it was basically the same thing. The steak had absolutely zero flavor, which is a pretty good assumption that it’s select beef, which is the lowest tier you can buy. Three of us ordered steaks and none of them were cooked correctly. If you want a steak, I would research different options and avoid this place because, it’s obvious that these cooks Make the bare minimum and have no desire to do any better. I would suppose this explains why a popular steakhouse at 6 o’clock in the evening was less than half full. You would never find that at Texas roadhouse or even Longhorn for that matter.

Me and my son went to this place today in Dickson,TN, and we had the best waitress ever. She was kind and was on top of her job. She did everything to serve us. We enjoyed our meal tremendously. I live in the dickson area and have tried eating there a few times but always a disappointment. A few weeks ago a buddy of mine wanted to meet for lunch and wanted steak and he suggested logans, i said fine lets go . And it was great ! I Ordered a 16oz ribeye and sweet potato . But tonight my wife and 2 other couples were going out for dinner and I was bragging on the food . I ordered the exact same meal as I got just weeks before and it was terrible. I told the Waitress. , she put in for me another steak . When my replacement Steak was bought out everyone else was done . The new steak was as bad or worse than the first . I ate parts of it that was Edible. . The only good thing is I did not get charged for my meal. I hate that Dickson does not have good reliable restaurants other than Mexican. And Colton's sometimes Ruby's
