We called to order a pizza tonight and we're treated like garbage by the Assistant Manager who rudely hung up on us. We have ordered delivery many times and very recent. Called back and spoke with a sweet delivery driver who took excellent care of us. She delivered our order and kindly explained that they changed the rules and they no longer deliver past 5 miles anymore, since we are 5.2 miles we will not be able to get delivery in the future. The rudeness of the assistant manager was highly disappointing but the professionalism of the driver was unmatched and the food was delicious. Im not sure we will ever be ordering from the Dickson location again but we certainly appreciate the driver who brought us our food tonight and took the time to explain the change.

My wife ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered to my job a few miles away from their restaurant the app said promised ready by 3:15pm she gets another alert that it won't be there until 3:40pm which is fine I waited in the drive, come to find out they delivered to the wrong address, where the gentleman tried to wave the driver down and tell him the mistake, the driver looked at the gentleman and continued to leave, the gentleman then called my wife to tell her what happened. Be aware that if you order on their app they use doordash we didn't know until the last alert.

Ordered delivery and for some weird reason door dash delivered it but NEVER again, driver had a dog in the vehicle with my food, how disgusting and disrespectful of others food

Pizza was fantastic but wanted to specifically highlight the wonderful service of Hayden and the store manager at the time of Sep 13 9:10pm.
The system botched our order and caused a delay but they more than made up with it with really nice and caring service.
I hope Hayden gets recognized by Marco's because it's not common to find employees that care about the customer as much as he did, and my wife and I certainly be repeat customers.

I always like the pizza here, it is always better than average, borderline being the best…until now.
Bravo, Marco’s! Yesterday, I ordered your new fiery pizza and immediately felt the spice. Immediately, I thought that this could be my favorite pizza. Today, I finished up the leftover pizza and I think this is probably the best pizza you can get these days. Can’t wait to get another fiery pizza.
If you like spicy, this is it, but it’s not too much.

My family ordered carry out, and I went to pick the order up. 2 medium pizzas, cheese bread, brownies and a 2 liter. when i walked into the store to pick up my order, the woman at the counter did not greet me whatsoever. She looked at me with a disgusting look on her face , and STILL HAS NOT GREETED ME. I stand there for just a few seconds and then let her know that i have a carry out order. The entire interaction, the young landy had her phone in her hand texting someone, with AirPods in. I added 2 garlic sauces to my order last minute, she acted extremely bothered to add the extra charge, even though i hadn’t paid for my order yet. Once she handed the pizza to me, I stood there for a second waiting for her to grab the garlic sauces. She proceeded back to her phone, and i asked her for the sauces i had paid for, without looking up from her phone she grabbed the sauce and handed them to me. I love the food here, but the service is far from quality service. Extremely disappointing.
