We ordered 47 pizzas for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the team at Marco’s Pizza in Dickson went above and beyond. They had everything ready, met us at the door, and helped load it all up without hesitation.
The staff was incredibly kind, genuinely happy for our business, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great service, great attitude, and a team that truly cares. We’re so grateful and highly recommend this location.

I’ve ordered from this Marco’s location every week for a long time and always enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately, my experience has drastically changed since new management took over.
Despite being in the same location I’ve always ordered from, I was suddenly told I’m now outside their delivery zone. When I called to clarify, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no attempt to help, no apology, just a sharp “we won’t deliver there anymore.”
I understand policies change—but customer service shouldn’t. As a loyal weekly customer, I expected a more professional and respectful response, especially considering I’ve supported this location consistently.
Marco’s pizza is still good, but if you value kindness, reliability, and customer care, be aware that things have changed. I hope corporate sees this and addresses the issue, because losing loyal customers over poor management is disappointing.

Called in because my wings were undercooked in the middle and was told I would receive a refund on them. Called again the next day and was told by a different manager that not only is the refund impossible the wings being undercooked was impossible too. She provided her email because she said she has to see it and I provided pictures to that email. Marcos use to be the go to in a town where all the pizza places have gone to shit well guess what so have they!!!

Take out cauliflower pizza. It was very good! The crust was crunchy juat the way I like it!
Thank you for being so thoughtful to my great granddaughter from Austin Kentucky and myself. Pizza was delicious. We both got a garden pizza. She got thick crust with red sauce😋 I got thin crust with white sauce😋

We called to order a pizza tonight and we're treated like garbage by the Assistant Manager who rudely hung up on us. We have ordered delivery many times and very recent. Called back and spoke with a sweet delivery driver who took excellent care of us. She delivered our order and kindly explained that they changed the rules and they no longer deliver past 5 miles anymore, since we are 5.2 miles we will not be able to get delivery in the future. The rudeness of the assistant manager was highly disappointing but the professionalism of the driver was unmatched and the food was delicious. Im not sure we will ever be ordering from the Dickson location again but we certainly appreciate the driver who brought us our food tonight and took the time to explain the change.
