Ordered online arrive at the pickup time, I ended up waiting 30 more minutes for my food. I am completely okay with there being longer wait time if they're short-staffed but they should make sure their pickup time are listed correctly.

The system botched our order and caused a delay but they more than made up with it with really nice and caring service.
I hope Hayden gets recognized by Marco's because it's not common to find employees that care about the customer as much as he did, and my wife and I certainly be repeat customers.
