The staff here are in a league of their own. I ordered at the drive through, pulled up to the window and paid with a $100 dollar bill, got my change back but while moving up to the next window I counted and $30 was missing from my change. The manager then said that the cameras showed the cashier counting my money and giving it to me, but where was my $30. I didnβt get it, and the manager said her drawer was short another $60 something dollars, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Corporate needs to take a trip tot his McDonaldβs location and find out whatβs going on.

If I could give them a zero I would. My mom ordered food on their app and we got there an hour after the food was ordered. They tried serving us cold food. They gave us fresh fries, but refused to give us fresh burgers and nuggets.

First things first as soon as we pull in weβre getting our code to get A discount on our item of Choice through the app and an employee is standing outside, screaming into the other employees βwe got an orderβ then we pull up fine and dandy we go through with our order and say we also have a DoorDash to pick up tell them the name they have trouble finding it. We also say the code we have to repeat it a couple times and they figure it out. we pay for our order then Proceed to the next window. We get to the next window and we get rude and very unfriendly attitude from the employee at the window. Not to mention, our fries were completely dumped over in our bag, And our chicken nuggets were on their side, almost falling out of the box. I donβt know how they ended up like that, but I figured it was the girl with the attitude. not to mention, she acted like she didnβt want to give us the DoorDash order even after saying the code and the personβs name acted like we were stealing the food like please am I not gonna risk my five star rating for two sweet teasβ¦ do better. What happened to service with a smile you leave your problems and attitude at the door when you come to work not bring them in.

The staff was friendly, however, I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers, 2 plain, and one with no onion. I was given 3 double cheeseburgers with the onion cooked into the patties. What if I had an allergy to onions? I attached photos of just one of the burgers, but that is how all 3 look. Disappointing to waste money on this, but a reminder as to why I stopped buying fast food in the first place.
They should shut this place down, very rude and unprofessional people. And the food is terrible

Like always they gave me the wrong order so I go inside and they argued with me about the order as Iβm also showing them my receipt and they keep arguing with me and then instead of refunding me for the frappe I ordered they say they canβt and hand me a nasty ice coffee that was just cream and coffee then the manager turned around and said thereβs nothing she can do Iβve worked for the other store next to the interstate and customers were always coming to the drive thru saying how horrible this location is they need to check their crew

Ordered a McGriddle with egg and cheese only, hash brown was fine but my mccgriddle is 3/4 of the way eaten already. I can understand giving someone the wrong item but giving me something someone has already ate is insane. It was also ice cold

Used the kiosk to order and pay, food came out quickly, I ordered a cheeseburger and Fries and got a McDouble, so winner winner McDouble Dinner! The restaurant was clean and well stocked with drinks and supplies needed for dining.
