ONE THE GIRLS BAGGING FOOD IS WIPPING HER HANDS ON HER PANTS AFTER MAKING ICE-CREAM AND THEN GOING STRAIGHT TO BAGGING FOOD. SHE ALSO WALKED OVER TO COUNTER AND IGNORED ME. I FINALLY HAD TO GO THRU DRIVE THRU TO GET MY FOOD AND PERSON TAKING ORDERS WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT HAPPY TO BE THERE AND I DONT BLAME HER. Do not stop here in the morning if you are in a hurry. They refuse to open the lobby. They are short staffed, and will only do two orders at a time through drive through. You will be behind at least 8 cars. Management only gas two employees on duty. This happens between 6 am and 8 am. If you are on your way to work or school, avoid this McDonald's. If you order Doordash, expect your delivery to be late.

Umm Corporate I think it's time to take a step and fix these problems the store is filthy, the employees are rude and don't even try to do their job correctly, the wait times are atrocious, the food gets way older than it should before being wasted, they vape in the kitchen where customers can see and in front of managers like it's no big deal, last I checked it was illegal to be intoxicated on the job and they smoke marijuana behind the dumpster and delta 8 (still marijuana) in the store, they never answer the phone, a majority of the time they're not open/refuse to answer the drive thru or serve anything for at least half of the breakfast hours this store is giving your company a bad name

Put in an online order on McDonald’s app at 9:45 sat in line from 10- 10:40 with multiple people in line just for them to cancel my order last minute and not even give an explanation. They don’t close til 11. All the lights were on, multiple people inside. The lady inside looked at us as through the window she walked out and the gentleman inside continuously glanced at us while making his way around the kitchen. Never came to the window and said they were closed or anything. I will not be coming here again. And I hope nobody else will either.

I’d give 0 stars if it would let me. My family and I were on our way home and our kids love McDonald’s. As soon as we stopped here for one there was a homeless person sleeping in the back corner by bathrooms. (Ok yea not a big deal, he needs somewhere to sleep). Then walking into the woman bathroom that was probably worse than any rest area you can find. Then we proceeded to order food on the kiosk. After paying and ordering we TRIED to find a clean table. There were absolutely NONE. No napkins either because we were going to clean it ourselves. Then I decided we would just eat in the car. We go to get our drinks nats fly absolutely everywhere when I got my sons ice in his cup. Then I went back to the counter and made the MISTAKE of looking in the kitchen. It was absolutely disgusting. Looks like this place hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. Then the manager after I said I want a refund had the BALLS to hold her hands up at me. You may decide to live in something like that but I do not. She absolutely had no clue why I wanted a refund. She proceeded to have an attitude and threw her hands up again. So me being me, I went off. This is absolutely uncalled for and nasty. Also a side note absolutely everything had a sticky fill. You don’t want customer asking for refunds how about you get into gear with making sure the place is clean. And your customer service is terrible and manager should be fired!

Oh, where to start. Corporate right? So there are standards? Well not at this fine establishment. When I arrived there was probably 15 people waiting in line. I sat there for prob 10 mins before anyone moved and over time people started leaving. Which got me to the front of the line as more and more people got upset and pulled off. Once at the order mic I sat there at least 10 mins prob a bit more waiting for anyone to say anything. Mind you people who piled behind me raged and left as I waited... Once they responded as I'm honking my horn the apologized for the wait. Trying to be cordial with them I simply made my order and pulled up. A lady took my card and proceeded to gossip with the teenager making drinks instead of swiping my card. Assuming there lack of professionalism and maybe drugs and bad management lead to this distasteful experience. But anyway it gets better I ordered 20 nuggets fries and a large ice tea. My nuggets as seen here are and we're disgusting, they seem to not have cleaned the frier all day and or replaced the oil. Fries were soggy as well.
