Please instill, in your employee's, that it is ok to double check the bag against the receipt to make sure that the customer is receiving the correct product.... so I don't have to do it and come back.... or just accept it again and go to my morning customer meeting and apologize. OR, I go to Sonic and get bad service there as well. My customer wants Your food so I am obliged to get it. This store is the one on my way. In my entire 63 years of dining at McDonald’s, Store #12420 in Dickson, TN earns my award of WORST McDonalds I have ever visited. I knew I should have left when I saw how much trash was just lying around in the parking lot. Walked inside, floor is sticky, and all I hear is arguing behind the counter and in the kitchen. Service is very slow. Employees sleeping in the booths. Trash all over the place inside and out. This place is just nasty in general.
Likely the only reasons why this place is still open is they are right off of I40 and that the health department hasn’t paid them a surprise visit.
