Utilize the drive thru frequently because I have a high school teenager. Needless to say our order is almost always wrong. Cook out next door seems like a better option. I live 39 minutes away and I'm over this

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The staff was too busy chatting instead of taking orders, which led to an unnecessarily long wait time. When I finally received my Crispy Deluxe Sandwich, it was not packed properly, making it messy and inconvenient to eat. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve efficiency and customer care. Definitely not the experience I expected from McDonald's.

I was just here. For some reason, no one answered when I arrived at the order point. But there were staff inside. There was another car on the next line and they took the order. I don’t understand what’s so funny?!

Please instill, in your employee's, that it is ok to double check the bag against the receipt to make sure that the customer is receiving the correct product.... so I don't have to do it and come back.... or just accept it again and go to my morning customer meeting and apologize. OR, I go to Sonic and get bad service there as well. My customer wants Your food so I am obliged to get it. This store is the one on my way. The young man that normally takes my order is a great drive through person. The people at the window are nice and friendly. The issue is with the little mistakes that should only happen once in awhile, after all, we are only human. I have "complained" many times and I guess this post is only to make myself feel better. But, you could, as one of the largest companies in the world, let them know it is ok to take an extra second to "get it right".

Went for breakfast twice now and every time I've asked for 2 hashbrowns I've only received 1 and the first time I decided to not go back but second time I did. Please always check your bags before leaving. It's a reoccurring problem for me.
