I walked in to get food and I couldn’t even stand in the place. The smell was something I can’t even describe it was awful they need to clean that store really well and put some air fresheners out or something!

okay, this is my home base McDonald’s. I’ve lived 3 mins from this location for over a year and have eaten here more than any adult ever wants to admit they eat at their closest McDonald’s. That being said- the interaction I just had with Joanne the shift leader is enough for me to quit entirely. I had a free mcchicken as an award for you know- spending copious amounts of money here- and I found a hair in it. Not just on it, not just a blow away I could have convinced myself came off my jacket from my own cat. No. A hair IN the meat, tug approved. Gross. So I go through the line again. I know they were probably gonna offer to replace it, but I mean, I was no longer hungry for that. It got spoiled. The girl at the window was so kind, and Joanne rushes up, cuts her off, snaps “what happened?” And then goes “refund or replacement.” And I’m like… oh ok… refund I guess. Honestly I was just gonna ask for a dang coffee but ok. Then she snaps that she needs my card after I mentioned I paid on the app. How she’s the shift leader, I have no idea. Probably attendance? When it comes to customer service my goodness…. No. Also I talk often with a guy here named Alex and he is wonderful beyond measure. He deserves a raise and everything wonderful. His coworkers could def be nicer to him.

Super friendly people. That’s not the same at many McDonalds these days. I got exactly what I ordered and quickly. The best part was that unlike so many McDonalds my food didn’t look like they threw the burger at the bun and then tossed the cheese and toppings. This place properly assembled my burger. Presentation matters now that you’re charging an outrageous price. Anyways kudos to the people working here. They do a great job.

I always get drinks online from here I tell you the tea is very good and always fresh the staff are all very good and I’m sure they know me by name !! I also have tried the fries they r good also .. I’m more getting frappe and tea those were the best drinks always taste good.. now that ant berry shake is a NO it’s too sweet and was super runny so I stick to what I know ! Thank you for the great customer service guys !
October 16.2025 I got a Carmel frappe that I usually always get weekly and I get 2 extra shots well tell me why…I got my cup it was not full like all the many times I have bn here and I ask is that with two extra shots ..Mmmhhhmmm was what I got ..from a lady in glasses ..she always has a bitter attitude like my coffee you made it as bitter as your attitude! I have Never had a problem ..until u made and gave me my order! Everyone there has been excellent to me and I just told a Manager tha other day how great the people there r ..Mam u r not .. Im like ok I gotchu thank for disappointing me and being rude ..

This McDonald's is one the three located in Dickson, Tennessee. It is in the Love's Truck Stop off I-40 exit 163. The easiest to get to when traveling on the interstate going through that region of Tennessee. There are only other places of business located off this exit are two other gas stations, so traffic isn't an issue, and there no traffic lights to deal with. However, quite few people stop here to refuel at Love's, so this McDonald's does get plenty of business. This means the food is always being fresh made - nothing beats McDonald's fresh fries! We frequent this location, so this review is not just a one-off.

Had a large order while traveling with grandkids had 6 meals that should have had hashbrowns and 2 extra hash browns ordered we did not get any hash browns of course we were back on interstate when discovered
