Couldn't get waitress to table. Didn't heck on us. I understand they are under staffed utilities it was ridiculous. Even went up to take out to place an order and couldn't accomplish anything there either.

Sunday morning at 11:30, we both ordered the prime rib cooked medium. First of all our salad came at the same time as the meal. The prime rib was a brown color, could hardly cut it with a knife and impossible to chew. The manager did take off the prime rib from our check. I am over 70 and must say, this was the worst cut of meat I have ever had

I’m writing my second review as I’m sitting here in the bar area listening to Ray Ray the bartender yell across the room “don't give me anymore customers, I haven’t had dinner and I need to eat”. This is the most unprofessional inappropriate display from an employee I’ve seen in a long time. This will be the last time I come to this restaurant. This store is losing customers. I was here with my family, Mother’s Day weekend, and Ray Ray was tending bar and of course all drinks were very slow getting to the table. I’m sure our waitress was embarrassed, this is ridiculous. I know I am not the only one complaining about this waitress. If this is all you can get you need to close the store or re-evaluate your employee benefit package and get better staff who care about your customers satisfaction and the company.

I got the seafood platter & it was good except the shrimp was overcooked and had WAY too much batter. Otherwise I really enjoyed it. I usually don’t care for stuffed crab, but theirs was delicious! The floor had food all over it. The server said a table with two toddlers had just left. I feel like they should have cleaned it up before they sat any folks in that area. It wasn’t that busy, but I sure would not have minded waiting 5 minutes for them to clean up first? I’ll go back and probably get the same entree?

The manager Tabitha jumped in and helped since they were short staffed, and she was great. The food was hot, fresh, and came fast. But most importantly, she seems like a genuinely kind person.

Walked in to chill and had Gabrielle. She was outstanding with her service and not only did great service but she went above and beyond with the other orders from what I seen. O’Charleys is lucky to have an employee like her. 11/10.
