The weekday workers are generally awesome. This is twice I’ve been on the weekend and it is being staffed by some boys who are slackers and not friendly (I’m looking at you “Eddie”). Barely enough rice and 10 minutes until next batch is done. I asked for hot mustard and got sweet and sour. I asked if he put my fortune cookie in the bag and he said “yeah”, he did not. He didn’t even hand me my to-go order or slide it across the counter, I had to reach for it as he walked off. A thank you or even a smile would have softened the experience but twice I went there. Eddie was rude and just gave me the stink eye. Management needs to get these boys under control or let them go to dig ditches.

The food was good. They gave great portions. Ate lunch and dinner from the same order, the service sucked the women kept telling me the name of the food as If i was a kid who didn't understand and then insulted me for not knowing how it works it was mine first time there FOOD WAS GOOD BUT THE STAFF NOT FRIENDLY I WON'T GO BACK UNLESS I DOOR DASH

Today 7/28/2024 I was out and about and decided to grab some food and choose Panda Express. I used their Easley to navigate app and placed my order for asap pick up. I drove up to the drive thru and was told they were in the makes of making up a new batch of fire Orange chicken and to pull up or come in. To which I walked in to sit and wait in the climate controlled sitting area. I waited for a short bit and was approached by a young gal named (Tiffany) I believe and she informed me it be a bit longer to make up some broccoli beef, or I could choose another item. To which I declined and I thanked her for walking up to me to inform me of the delay. Both meals were as expected up to their standards. Today's staff should get a huge thank you from the owner for doing an outstanding job.
